拔智慧牙 | WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION

拔智慧牙是小手術，有7天病假。

長在最後的智慧牙長斜了影響前面大牙的牙根，造成前面大牙容易蛀。問題很久了，我一直沒去理會。

最近去牙齒檢查，牙醫勸我最好盡快拔掉，不然前面的大牙也得一起拔掉。

問了幾間牙科診所，拔智慧的價格介於新幣800-1250元之間。前一間牙科診所開價新幣1250元。最後一間開價新幣900元，而且醫生有很多好評，所以我就和他確定了。

昨天早上去拔牙。Dr. Phay醫生很有經驗，細心和溫和地解釋整個拔牙的過程，把我的恐懼感減到最低。（心想還好遇見他）

打了麻醉劑幾分鐘，醫生確定我智慧牙附近麻醉了，手術就開始。拔牙的時候不會痛，但整個過程是清醒的，我可以看到醫生把不同的拔牙器具放入口裡，耳朵一直聽到炒聲，在害怕的情況下完成了。牙洞很深，流了不少血，牙齒分成四，五段切除拿出來。醫生要我再去照X光，我可以很清楚看到整顆智慧牙已經拔出了。
之後還逢了两針，14天後回去拆線。因為打了麻醉針，嘴巴和下巴好像沒什麼知覺。

回家後麻醉劑時間過了，幸運的是，傷口不會痛。但是嘴巴不能開大，下巴有點不受控制。

診所服務好，護士還打電話來慰問，說要點時間慢慢恢復，有什麼需要可以聯絡他們。

看來這幾天，只能靠喝粥和牛奶過活了。

The wisdom tooth that grows at the end is oblique and affects the root of the big front tooth, causing the big front teeth to be prone to decay. The problem has been for a long time, and I have not paid attention to it.

Recently I went for a dental check-up, and the dentist advised me to get it out as soon as possible, otherwise the big teeth in front must also be pulled out.

I checked a few dental clinics and the price of Wisdom tooth extraction is between SGD $800-1250. The previous dental clinic offered a price of SGD $900, and the doctor received a lot of good comments for his services, so I confirmed with him.

I went to extract my teeth yesterday morning. Dr Phay is very experienced and explained the entire tooth extraction process carefully and gently to minimize my fear. (I feel gratitude to meet him)

After a few minutes of anaesthesia, the doctor confirmed that my wisdom tooth was anesthetized and the surgery began. There is no pain during the tooth extraction, but the whole process is awake. I can see the doctor put different tooth extraction into my mouth. I heard the sound of frying in my ears, and it was completed in fear.

The tooth cavity was very deep, bleeding a lot, and the teeth were divided into four or five segments and removed out. The doctor asked me to take X-Rays again, and I could clearly see that the entire wisdom tooth had been extracted.

After two stitched, I have to come back to remove the stitched after 14 days. Because of the anaesthesia injection, my mouth and chin seemed to be unconscious.

After returning home, the anaesthesia time has passed. Fortunately, the wound does not painful. But my mouth cannot be opened wide and the chin is a little out of control.

The clinic’s service is good, and the nurse also called to give condolences, saying that there should be some time to recover slowly, and can contact them if needed.

It seems that in the past few days, I can only live by drinking porridge and milk.
