Hi this is my entry for the new #POBphotocontest initiated by @FriendlyMoose

One thing I really like to do when I'm at the beach is to plant my feet in the sand and watch and feel the movement of the waves on my feet.

It's a very soothing feeling, the ebb and flow of the water, the resulting massage, the feet gently sinking into the sand.

Staying still and feeling the movement of the water like a pulse gives me the impression of being one with the earth.

A seaweed clings to my foot, it took me for a rock, we will stay together for a while.
