Join me to prepare some delicious chocolate and peanut butter cookies ideal for sharing with the family.

Ingredients:

-250 gr of dark chocolate
-50 gr of peanut butter
-1/2 cup soy milk
-1/2 cup wheat flour
-1/2 cup cornstarch

Preparation:

-First we divide the soy milk in 2 equal parts, in one part we put the chocolate and in the other part we put the peanut butter and we put to heat until they melt.

-Mix well the wheat flour and cornstarch, divide in 2 equal parts.

-In one part we put the chocolate and in the other the peanut butter. Mix until you have a homogeneous dough.

-With the help of a non-stick paper, we will make a rectangle and divide it in half.

-I alternate the dough so that the chocolate does not coincide with the peanuts.

-We cut slices to form the cookies.
Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.

Our delicious and healthy cookies are ready.

I didn't use soybean oil since both chocolate and peanut butter have their own oil. I didn't use sweeteners either, since we don't use sugar at home. The peanut butter is made in unsweetened cane and the chocolate osxuro is usually the least sweet.

Interesting technique to make these bicolor cookies. In this case you used peanut butter, which is super delicious, I think they can also be made vanilla and chocolate flavored. Good video tutorial and good post. Greetings.
