BEST BEACHES IN MANTA - ECUADOR [ESP-ENG]

Hello pinamaple community, this time I want to recommend you the best beaches that you should go to once you visit the city of Manta in Ecuador, the beaches that I always go to as soon as I have vacation or some free time because I love its sunsets, its food and its people, for something I stayed living for almost 2 months in this beautiful city. I share with you the best pictures I have of my visits to Manta and my top 3 of its beaches.
The first recommended beach is Murciélago, it is a very crowded beach where most tourists and local people go every day, as it is in front of the Mall del Pacifico shopping mall, it also has many local food and bar area around the beach, it is a strategic place where concerts and various activities are held on holidays. The beach is extensive and calm because it has a breakwater, mostly sand and some seaweed, ideal for children and adults, from this beach you can see incredible sunsets.
The second place is occupied by San Mateo beach, my favorite in times of March to June, this beach is extensive and has two areas divided by a breakwater where one side is calm ideal for children and the other side is more agitated, all depending on how the tide is, what I like most about this place is that it has very nice places to take pictures and you can go and return by bus without any problem.
The third beach in my top is Santa Marianita, which before reaching the bathing area has an incredible viewpoint with all the view of the beach, this beach at high tide does not have places at the seashore where you can leave your belongings so you have to rent an awning to leave things, it also has many rocks so I recommend bathing with flip flops, but the view and the food you find there makes it all worth it.
Additionally I would like to add two spots that, although they are not for swimming they are perfect for taking pictures and having a good time, one of them is Piedra Larga, which is an area where you can find many bars and restaurants ideal to go at night; the other place I recommend is the pier on the way to Barbasquillo, which is a very serene place where people go fishing and it is very quiet, from there you can see the immensity of the sea, as well as several crabs and fish.
These are some of my places and beaches to which I recommend to go in Manta, you can bring a bottle of wine and stay to watch the sunset with your friends, what I must tell you is that all the beaches of Manta belong to the Pacific Ocean so the water currents are a little colder than in other countries. Hola comunidad pinmaple, esta vez les quiero recomendar las mejores playas a las que debes ir una vez que visites la ciudad de Manta en Ecuador, las playas a las que siempre voy apenas tengo vacaciones o algún tiempo libre porque me encantan sus atardeceres, su comida y su gente, por algo me quede viviendo por casi 2 meses en esta hermosa ciudad. Les comparto las mejores fotos que tengo de mis visitas a Manta y mi top 3 de sus playas.
La primera playa recomendada es Murciélago, es una playa muy concurrida a la que la mayoría de turistas y personas locales van todos los días, ya que queda frente del Shopping Mall del Pacifico, además que cuenta de muchos locales de comida y zona de bares alrededor de la playa, es un sitio estratégico donde se realizan conciertos y distintas actividades en fechas festivas. La playa es extensa y calmada ya que cuenta con rompeolas, en su mayoría hay arena y algunas algas, ideal para niños y adultos, desde esta playa puedes ver unos atardeceres increíbles.
El segundo lugar lo ocupa la playa San Mateo, mi preferida en épocas de marzo a junio, esta playa es extensa y cuenta con dos zonas divididas por un rompeolas donde un lado es calmado ideal para los más pequeños y el otro lado es más agitado, todo dependiendo de cómo este la marea, lo que más me gusta de este lugar es que cuenta con lugares muy bonitos para tomarse fotos y que puedes ir y regresar en bus sin problema alguno.
La tercera playa en mi top es Santa Marianita, la cual antes de llegar a la zona de bañarse cuenta con un mirador increíble con toda la vista de la playa, esta playa al subir la marea no cuenta con lugares a la orilla del mar donde dejar las pertenencias por lo que hay que alquilar obligatoriamente un toldo para dejar las cosas, además tiene muchas rocas por lo que te recomiendo bañarte con chanclas, pero la vista y la comida que encuentras allí hace que todo valga la pena.
Adicionalmente me gustaría añadir dos spots que, aunque no son para bañarse son perfectos para tomarse fotos y pasarla bien, uno de ellos es Piedra Larga, la cual es una zona donde se encuentran muchos bares y restaurantes ideales para ir de noche; el otro lugar que recomiendo es el muelle de camino a Barbasquillo, lo cual es un sitio muy sereno donde personas van a pescar y hay mucha tranquilidad, de allí puedes ver la inmensidad del mar, así como varios cangrejos y peces.
Estos son algunos de mis lugares y playas a las cuales recomiendo ir en Manta, puedes llevar una botella de vino y te quedas a ver el atardecer con tus amigos, lo que si debo indicarles es que todas las playas de Manta pertenecen al océano Pacifico por lo que las corrientes de agua son un poco más frías que en otros países.
