My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2022

Happy weekend and Happy Christmas to my all friends..
Fantastic week going on with most awaited festival that will celebrate tomorrow..
Preparation is going on all corner of the world.. I am here again with my actifit report card with 7k steps..
The day started with morning session including physical exercise, yoga, meditation and playing cricket match.. After couple of days there will be 15 days winter vacation here. It means I will be away from morning session in winter vacation.
Today morning when I reached at my playground it was pleasant weather with slight sunlight. Likewise I like to cover these five hundred metre distance by running from my room to play ground. Completed few steps of exercise, after that at 7 o'clock match started.
It was weekend and Saturday Sunday we use to play 12 over cricket match. Now and days there is less attendance of the player in the field. Almost 10 player from each side.. winning toss opponent team decided to bowl first and scored 98 run in 12 over..
Chasing target 99 run a great start from my side. 54 run for the first wicket partnership in 5 over. This we able to won this match in 10th over losing only two wicket. Poor bowling by me one over and 17 run. No more over as I was no willing to bowl..
Finally finishing my activities with 7k steps that I get by walking playing cricket match and moving around the office..
