My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2022

By the way, every time in the month of December there used to be bitter cold, but this time the cold can be ineffective even with a normal woolen cloth.If this type of weather continues then definitely this time wheat crop will not be good because cold wave is very important for wheat crop. Anyway It was Sunday and I enjoyed a lot with delicious food items.
About one and a half hour session in the morning is spent in physical health meditation yoga. When I reached the field this morning, only fog was visible all around, but inside the field was clear. It was a bit strange but I can understand that it was the trees that made it ineffective. Till 8 o'clock sun was shining brightly and can be seen on the top of trees.
It was the first match of the 7th match series in which my team able to take lead by 1-0. It was Sunday so today we played 12 over cricket match in which my team winning toss decided to bowl first. Good bowling from my side and restricted opponent team at the score of 74 run in 12 over. My team I mean team B won this match in 9th over by 7 wicket. Today I get only single wicket in 3 over consuming sixteen run.
Overall t the greatest thing is keeping own self maintain by some physical fatigue.
Finally finishing my activities with 9k steps that I get by playing cricket match..
