Hello Hivers Community, I hope you are all well. Today, I am going to share a coffee landscape painting. In traditional painting, most of the time I do landscape painting. If I am not mistaken, this is my first time doing landscape painting using coffee powder. In my previous article, I already painted wildlife. Infact, I am excited to try this.

In this post you will learn how to paint a landscape using basic technique. You will discover this simple medium can turn into a beautiful piece of art.

Materials:
• Watercolor Paper or sketching Paper
• Coffee Powder
• Pencil and eraser
• Ruler
• 2 small cup
• Clean Water
• Rag

LET’S START PAINTING:
As usual before I strart applying color on the watercolor paper, I sketch first the entire subject. After that you can now begin to paint light color or light shade as your tone ground. You can use paper napkin to wipe off extra color and water on your canvas. The same process with my previous painting, let it dry first before applying the next layer. After that, you can now paint the entire sketch. Since this is a landscape you can paint now the sky using light shade, then let it dry. Some artist use hair dryer to speed up the drying process. Then followed by the mountains and the trees. When you are already finish painting the background and the middle ground, you can now proceed to paint the foreground. In this case, I put reflection of the trees and light of the sky on the water. Remember you can only apply darker color until it dries up completely.
