Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con el tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir y a evaluar sobre: “Visualizando la mitad del camino”, referente a los primeros 6 meses de este año 2024, a continuación, les presento mi participación:

Dicen que todo tiene un antes y un después y creo que es cuando debo creer en mí misma, especialmente recordar reconectar con nuestros sueños, como uno delos regalos regenerativos de la vida, creer en mí misma, para saber que valgo mucho más de lo que puedo imaginar.

Que linda la parte de vivir nuestra vida, ya que muchas veces perdemos energías viviendo la vida de los demás y desperdiciamos nuestros minutos.

Alguien dijo: “Cada minuto es una oportunidad para cambiar nuestra vida. No te limites, convierte tus sueños en realidad”. Y es así, mientras haya vida y respiración podemos cambiar nuestro estilo de vida, a veces cuesta pero vale la pena intentarlo, así como dar un paseo por los meses anteriores.

ENERO

Desde el mes de enero, sobre el tema un salto a la acción, comencé con mi post, en el cual determiné que no debo permitir cortar mis alas, somos seres en constante evolución y como tal debía seguir en la búsqueda de mi propio bienestar.

FEBRERO

En febrero el color de mi aptitud, fue reflexionar sobre ir al encuentro con mi realidad, no es fácil en las pruebas, pero todo pasa y recordar después de la tormenta sale el sol.
Así como también pude crear las estrategias para reconocer mi talento, el no confundir mis cualidades con mis habilidades y el ponerlo en práctica en cosas que me den esa satisfacción que no imaginé llegar a tener.

MARZO

Llegó para hacer el análisis sobre si estamos sobreviviendo o viviendo, en la cual comprendí que debo escoger mi actitud, sabiendo que todo lo que elija haga florecer lo mejor de mí
Además logré analizar sobre las huellas que espero dejar en el mundo, lindo tema, porque deseo ser recordada como una persona que refleja alegría y felicidad en las grandes y pequeñas cosas.
Y no menos importante, cómo diseñar mi zona azul, si Dios me tiene con vida para llegar a ser una abuelita, podría estar dedicada a mi familia, dándoles y recibiendo amor.
la gran reflexión fue el del poder de los pensamientos. He aprendido que soy lo que pienso, esto me ha cambiado la vida, ayudándome a mí misma a pensar mejor cada día.

ABRIL

Con el valor de la actitud, saber que nuestras acciones pueden ser luz para los demás. El tema “La vida es un viaje”, en especial hacia mi interior, siempre con el deseo y la determinación de seguir mi camino, hacia mis anhelos, sueños y metas.

También la reflexión sobre descubrir mi talento, lo que nos hace ser auténticos, es la mejor forma de sentir confianza en quienes somos. Lograr entender a los demás, con la empatía, el entender y compartir las emociones de las demás personas, es la puerta que se abre para enriquecernos unos a otros.
En relación a los recuerdos, saber que siempre estarán con nosotros, de los malos aprendemos y los buenos nos dan sabías lecciones.

MES DE MAYO

Pude reflexionar sobre el éxito, que soy capaz de salir adelante aprovechando las oportunidades que se me presenten y pensar en las personas que me ha ayudado y estar agradecida por sus aportes.
Romper las cadenas de mis miedos fue otro increíble tema, donde resalto que puedo tener miedos y temores, pero lo que más tengo son ganas de luchar, vencer y seguir adelante.
El poder del amor, hermosa invitación a pensar que mi familia, amigos y los que me rodean necesitamos un poco de ese amor incondicional de Dios y muy semejante al de una madre. El escribir sobre mi talento y crecimiento como tema libre, es visualizar que el amor sigue en el aire y entender que puede estar en cada persona que se cruza en mi camino.

MES DE JUNIO

Y al llegar a mitad de año, nos invita a construir una vida extraordinaria, significa disfrutar mi vida, hacer que lo ordinario se vuelva extraordinario, es lo que estoy practicando cada día, así como aprender a rescatar los momentos felices en el almacén de la vida con la mirada inocente de cuando era niña, porque detrás de cada acto aprendo a vivir.

Sin duda evaluar cada una de las reflexiones que nos han traído, han sido de gran ayuda para mí, soñar no es ignorar la realidad, es vestirme de colores y esperanza.
Pienso en lo bien que nos hace recordar el gran valor que tenemos como personas, que somos fuertes y que tenemos siempre que ver nuestras virtudes y grandes riquezas espirituales, para así sentirnos bien con nosotras mismas y con los demás.

Someone said: "Every minute is an opportunity to change our life. Don't limit yourself, make your dreams come true". And so it is, as long as there is life and breath we can change our lifestyle, sometimes it costs but it is worth trying, as well as taking a walk through the previous months.

JANUARY

Since January, on the theme of a leap into action, I started with my post, in which I determined that I must not allow myself to clip my wings, we are constantly evolving beings and as such I must continue in the pursuit of my own wellbeing.

FEBRUARY

In February the colour of my fitness, was to reflect on going to meet my reality, it is not easy in trials, but everything passes and remember after the storm the sun comes out.
I was also able to create strategies to recognise my talent, not to confuse my qualities with my abilities and to put them into practice in things that give me the satisfaction I never imagined I would have.

MARCH

It came to make the analysis on whether we are surviving or living, in which I understood that I must choose my attitude, knowing that whatever I choose will bring out the best in me.
I also managed to analyse the footprints I hope to leave in the world, a nice subject, because I want to be remembered as a person who reflects joy and happiness in big and small things.
And not least, how to design my blue zone, if God has me alive to become a grandmother, I could be dedicated to my family, giving and receiving love.
The big reflection was on the power of thoughts. I have learned that I am what I think, this has changed my life, helping myself to think better every day.

APRIL

With the value of attitude, knowing that our actions can be light for others. The theme "Life is a journey", especially towards my inner self, always with the desire and determination to follow my path, towards my desires, dreams and goals.

Also the reflection on discovering my talent, what makes us authentic, is the best way to feel confident in who we are. Understanding others, with empathy, understanding and sharing other people's emotions, is the door that opens to enriching each other.
In relation to memories, knowing that they will always be with us, we learn from the bad ones and the good ones give us wise lessons.

MONTH OF MAY

I was able to reflect on success, that I am able to move forward by taking advantage of the opportunities that come my way and to think of the people who have helped me and be grateful for their contributions.
Breaking the chains of my fears was another incredible topic, where I highlighted that I may have fears and apprehensions, but what I have the most is the desire to fight, overcome and move forward.

The power of love, a beautiful invitation to think that my family, friends and those around me need a little of that unconditional love from God and very similar to that of a mother. To write about my talent and growth as a free theme is to visualise that love is still in the air and to understand that it can be in every person that crosses my path.

MONTH OF JUNE

And as we reach the middle of the year, it invites us to build an extraordinary life, it means enjoying my life, making the ordinary become extraordinary, that is what I am practising every day, as well as learning to rescue the happy moments in the warehouse of life with the innocent look of when I was a child, because behind every act I learn to live.

Without a doubt, evaluating each of the reflections that you have brought us has been a great help to me, to dream is not to ignore reality, it is to dress myself in colours and hope.
I think how good it is to remember the great value we have as people, that we are strong and that we always have to see our virtues and great spiritual riches, so that we can feel good about ourselves and others.
