Reflexionemos y analicemos como podemos usar nuestros talentos en función de esto, a continuación mi participación:

Pienso que en primer lugar, necesito creer que puedo transformar mi vida y modelarla a mi gusto. Hoy soy la persona que construí ayer, entonces vale la pena preguntarme ¿quién quiero ser mañana?

Personas como modelado para potenciar el talento

Meditando profundamente sobre quién quiero ser y no tener miedo de traer los cambios necesarios a mi vida. Entonces me permito leer algunas frases que pueden servirme, que provienen de personas como modelo a seguir, y hasta para motivarme a cambiar si es necesario, les comparto algunas de ellas:

La creación añade entusiasmo y pimienta a nuestras vidas

Cuando nos apartamos de la posibilidad de nuestra propia creación, nos relegamos a nosotras mismas a una existencia aburrida. La creación añade entusiasmo y pimienta a nuestras vidas, tan importantes para dejar fluir nuestro talento permitiendo sentir que sean realmente vidas y no simples existencias.

Cuando espero con inspiración, puedo hacer y crear, mejor aún, no desperdicio mi tiempo, somos seres inteligentes, leemos, abrimos todos los sentidos para saber, aprender y hasta para no cometer errores del pasado.

No se puede negar que los cambios dan un poco de temor, pero al mismo tiempo, también emociona pensar en el lado positivo, pensar en tu progreso, tu crecimiento personal, decir que no puedo y dejarme llevar por el miedo es algo así como buscar la salida más fácil y esta consiste en quedarte callada y en el mismo lugar, porque es más cómodo sentarte sobre tu inconformidad y no luchar por salir de ella.

Todo tiene su tiempo, pero también hay alternativas

Siempre he pensado que todo cuanto hagamos, debe ser por y para sí mismas, luchar por lo que queremos, no porque quien queremos, en otras palabras, nada debe ser por quedar bien con ninguno.

Además es una manera de reconocer habilidades y limitaciones, porque todo tiene su tiempo, pero también hay alternativas. Por ejemplo, si en lugar de salir a correr fuera, porque el trabajo desde la PC me limita, puedo hacer una rutina diaria de ejercicios en la casa, podría descargar videos o verlos en la Tv y seguir las instrucciones de la entrenadora.

Seguro que si sigues esa rutina por la mañana, te sentirás llena de energía y entusiasmo, debemos recordar que cuando una quiere algo debe de luchar por conseguirlo, no es que renuncies, solo es buscar alternativas.

A veces conviene dejar los sueños que por años no hemos alcanzado, y dar oportunidad a los nuevos, es como que debemos dejar fluir, y no dejar de intentar y seguir soñando, sin dejar ver que Dios siempre tiene el control de todo en nuestra vida.

There is no denying that change is a bit scary, but at the same time, it is also exciting to think about the positive side, to think about your progress, your personal growth, to say I can't and to let myself be carried away by fear is something like looking for the easy way out and that is to stay quiet and in the same place, because it is more comfortable to sit on your non-conformity and not fight to get out of it.

I have always thought that everything we do should be for and for ourselves, to fight for what we want, not because of who we want, in other words, nothing should be to please anyone.

It is also a way of recognising abilities and limitations, because everything has its time, but there are also alternatives. For example, if instead of going for a run outside, because working from the PC limits me, I can do a daily exercise routine at home, I could download videos or watch them on TV and follow the trainer's instructions.

Surely if you follow that routine in the morning, you will feel full of energy and enthusiasm, we must remember that when you want something you must fight to get it, it is not that you give up, it is just looking for alternatives.

Sometimes it is good to let go of dreams that we have not achieved for years, and give new ones a chance, it is like we must let them flow, and not stop trying and keep dreaming, without letting ourselves see that God is always in control of everything in our lives.
