Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con el tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir sobre: "Renacer" la invitación es llevarnos a algún momento de nuestras vidas donde es posible que lleguemos a sentir que se requiere de algunos cambios, porque la vida está comprendida de múltiples procesos que involucran no solo cambios, sino que nos llevan a la transformación.
Reflexionemos y analicemos como podemos usar nuestros talentos en función de esto, a continuación mi participación:

Muchas veces el camino de la vida nos presenta diferentes situaciones y personas, caer no nos hace menos ni más que ninguno, pero cada caída nos sirve para darnos cuenta que tenemos la capacidad que Dios con su bondad infinita le dio a todo ser humano para levantarnos y seguir adelante.

Reconocer que mis miedos son pensamientos imaginarios

Además de reconocer que mis miedos son pensamientos imaginarios y que si no lo confronto, nunca seré libre para vivir y es que los años se pasan y sino disfruto el momento y lo vivo con optimismo aceptando las cosas que no puedo cambiar, seré una persona amargada durante mi vejez.

Puedo decidir ser esa persona que a pesar de situaciones de adversidad, la que nunca pierde la fe y la confianza de que lo bueno siempre llegará para bien y que todo lo que me ha tenido amarrada algún día se soltará, permitiéndome renacer a una nueva persona, que ama por sobre todo las cosas, que me perdono por mis errores, y que abrazo mis tristezas para luego sonreír a la vida y dar gracias a Dios por todas las bendiciones que cada día vivo y siento.

Renacemos más a menudo de lo que podemos imaginar

Es una decisión muy personal poner en práctica lo aprendido de la vida, utilizar las lecciones a nuestro favor o tal vez olvidarnos de cada una y cometer los mismos errores.

Cuando podemos ayudar a nuestro corazón a encontrar alivio y trascender al dolor que los golpes de la vida nos provoca, entonces en nuestro interior podemos apreciar que renacemos más a menudo de lo que podemos imaginar.

Muy parecido a una mariposa, que pasa de arrastrarse en la tierra, de ser una oruga pasa a sufrir una transformación en la vida, para volar el celeste azul del firmamento, con una sensación de libertad y tranquilidad, porque su significado es ser un símbolo de belleza, suerte y buena vibra, posee delicadeza y su vuelo suave y lleno de calma refleja el gran aspecto positivo de ella.

Nadie nos debe hacer bajar la cabeza

Cuantos hemos tropezado y hemos caído y es obvio que nos ha dolido, pero si miramos hacia arriba vemos al cielo muy bello sobre nosotros y desde ahí aprendemos a levantarnos y mirar hacia delante y arriba. Nadie nos debe hacer bajar la cabeza porque andamos con mucho amor, alegría, deseos de hacer el bien y ayudar a todos. Y así es que nosotros vamos dejando nuestras huellas y aprendizaje por ese buen camino que hemos escogido para andar.

Puedo sentir todo lo que me ha motivado a seguir adelante, esforzándome más por lograr mis objetivos. Lamentablemente siempre existirá la envidia, el egoísmo y las malas personas, pero de dos cosas estoy segura, y es que el bien siempre logrará tapar lo malo, y que la vida siempre nos enseñará nuevas y valiosas lecciones mientras continuemos haciendo lo imposible por llegar lejos y ser personas inolvidables.

Cultivar la seguridad personal

Pienso que mi vida tiene sentido cuando siento la inspiración de esa maravillosa emoción de gratitud espiritual y personal en mí ser, pues se trata de poner amor en las cosas que ya hago, cuando decido no dejarme llevar por el temor, sino levantar la mirada y ver lo bueno que tengo en mi vida. Lo más importante es cómo te sientes, siempre buscar mantener nuestros proyectos, ellos te darán el impulso y tomar la decisión de seguir tus sueños y deseos.

Cuando hago el ejercicio de examinar mi interior, puedo identificar qué es lo mejor que puedo hacer, como por ejemplo cantar, leer, escribir, dibujar, bailar, el arte, la música, etc. Para lograrlo, una de las herramientas más útiles, es cultivar la seguridad personal, para desarrollar mis talentos y compartirlos, porque cuando siento y hago lo más me gusta, es que puedo sentir la sensación que me hace desnudar ese talento.

Many times the path of life presents us with different situations and people, falling does not make us less or more than anyone else, but each fall serves us to realize that we have the ability that God with his infinite goodness gave to every human being to get up and move forward.

Recognize that my fears are imaginary thoughts

In addition to recognizing that my fears are imaginary thoughts and that if I do not confront them, I will never be free to live, because the years go by and if I do not enjoy the moment and live it with optimism, accepting the things I cannot change, I will be a bitter person in my old age.

I can decide to be that person that in spite of situations of adversity, the one that never loses faith and confidence that good will always come for good and that everything that has kept me tied down will someday be released, allowing me to be reborn as a new person, that loves above all things, that forgives me for my mistakes, and that embraces my sadness to then smile at life and thank God for all the blessings that every day I live and feel.

We are reborn more often than we can imagine

It is a very personal decision to put into practice what we have learned from life, to use the lessons to our advantage or perhaps to forget each one and make the same mistakes.

When we can help our heart to find relief and transcend the pain that life's blows cause us, then within ourselves we can appreciate that we are reborn more often than we can imagine.

Very similar to a butterfly, which goes from crawling on the ground, from being a caterpillar to undergo a transformation in life, to fly the azure blue of the sky, with a sense of freedom and tranquility, because its meaning is to be a symbol of beauty, luck and good vibes, it has delicacy and its smooth and calm flight reflects the great positive aspect of it.

No one should make us lower our heads

How many of us have stumbled and fallen and it is obvious that it has hurt us, but if we look up we see the very beautiful sky above us and from there we learn to pick ourselves up and look forward and up. No one should make us lower our heads because we walk with much love, joy, desire to do good and help everyone. And so it is that we are leaving our footprints and learning on this good path that we have chosen to walk.

I can feel everything that has motivated me to move forward, striving harder to achieve my goals. Unfortunately there will always be envy, selfishness and bad people, but I am sure of two things, and that is that the good will always manage to cover the bad, and that life will always teach us new and valuable lessons as long as we continue to do the impossible to go far and be unforgettable people.

Cultivating personal security

I think my life makes sense when I feel the inspiration of that wonderful emotion of spiritual and personal gratitude in my being, because it is about putting love in the things I already do, when I decide not to let myself be carried away by fear, but to look up and see the good I have in my life. The most important thing is how you feel, always seek to keep our projects, they will give you the impulse and make the decision to follow your dreams and desires.

When I do the exercise of examining my inner self, I can identify what is the best thing I can do, such as singing, reading, writing, drawing, dancing, art, music, etc. To achieve this, one of the most useful tools is to cultivate personal security, to develop my talents and share them, because when I feel and do what I like the most, I can feel the sensation that makes me bare that talent.
