Our Volunteer Women Entrepreneurs 💪❤️//Gönüllü Kadın Girişimcilerimiz 💪❤️

Hello, my dear Hive friends, today I would like to talk to you about the women's labor market, which is an event organized by volunteer women in Istanbul. This event really made sense to me and made me very happy because it supports our women both financially and morally. When I chatted with the women who were selling in the women's labor market, this event had many opportunities for our non-working women, many opportunities for our women who wanted to make additional income, and even women who did it purely as a hobby.

Merhabalar sevgili Hive arkadaşlarım, bugün sizlere İstanbul gönüllü kadınlarının bir araya gelerek yaptıgı etkinlik olan kadın emeği pazarından bahsetmek istiyorum. Bu etkinlik gerçekten bana göre çok mantıklı geldi ve çok mutlu etti çünkü kadınlarımızı hem maddi hem manevi yönden destekliyor. Kadın emeği pazarındaki satışa yapan kadınlarla sohbet ettiğimde bu etkinliğin çalışmayan kadınlarımız için gelir, ek gelir yapmak isteyen kadınlarımız için çok fırsat imkanı hatta tamamen hobi olarak yapan kadınlarımız dahi vardı.

Was happy to have the opportunity to visit the women's labor market and examine the products. This event will continue for a month. If I can find the opportunity on other days, I would like to visit the market again because as far as I understand, different products are put on sale every two or three days. The products all looked really great.

Kadın emeği pazarını gezip ürünleri inceleme fırsatı bulduğum için mutlu oldum. Bu etkinlik bir ay boyunca devam edecekmiş diğer günlerde fırsat bulabilirsem tekrar pazarı gezmek istiyorum çünkü anladığım kadarıyla iki üç günde bir farklı ürünler satışa çıkarılıyor. Ürünlerin hepsi gerçekten muazzam görünüyordu.

There were some that caught my attention, for example, we had a female entrepreneur who made bags from waste paper. He talked about what he did using the glossy inside of magazines, newspapers, even coffee packets. There were handmade knits. In fact, one of our sisters was both selling and continuing to knit at the loom while selling. I really admired his perseverance. Another thing that caught my attention was the fact that ceramic mug and mug stand were made. While examining the mugs, I noticed the necklaces and bracelets drawn with charcoal on the side. When I asked the owner of this beautiful work, he said that he had been dealing with charcoal for years, that he preferred to draw on natural stones so that it would be different instead of drawing on paper, and that he preferred to evaluate this situation by selling it in the market. It made a lot of sense to me that he is both interested in his hobby and earns money from this situation. Everything in the exhibition, from drawing pictures on wood to coasters, was made by hand. I was very happy that I had the opportunity to examine and visit this exhibition, and of course, I thought that it would not be possible without sharing these images with you, and I took a photo by asking permission from our entrepreneur women.🌸❤️

Aralarında özellikle dikkatimi çekenler olmuştu, mesela atık kağıttan çanta yapan bir kadın girişimcimiz vardı. Dergiler, gazeteler, hatta kahve paketlerinin iç parlak kısmını kullanarak yaptıklarından bahsetti. El yapımı örgüler vardı. Hatta ablamızın bir tanesi hem satış yapıyor, hemde satış yaparken tezgah başında örgü yapmaya devam ediyordu. Azmine gerçekten hayran oldum. Dikkatimi çekenlerden yine bir diğeri seramikten kupa ve kupa standı yapılmış olmasıydı. Kupaları incelerken yan taraftan karakalemle çizilmiş kolyeler, bileklikler dikkatimi çekti. Bu güzel eserin sahibine sorduğumda yıllardır karakalem ile uğraştığını, kağıda çizmek yerine farklı olsun diye doğal taşlara çizmeyi tercih ettiğini bu durumu da pazarda satarak değerlendirmeyi tercih ettiğini anlattı. Çok mantıklı geldi bana da hem hobisi ile ilgileniyor, hemde bu durumdan maddi kazanç sağlıyor Sergide oduna resim çizmekten tutun, bardak altlığına kadar herşey el emeği ile yapılmıştı. Bu sergiyi inceleyip gezme fırsatı bulduğum için çok mutlu oldum ve tabi bu görselleri sizinle paylaşmadan olmaz diye düşündüm ve girişimci kadınlarımızdan izin isteyerek fotoğraf çektim.🌸❤️
