Flower Photography - Lantanas, Prickly Poppy Flowers...

Welcome to my Photography blog, Today I have shared a few clicks of Lantanas and Prickly Poppy flowers.

Lantanas flower is a colorful flower, these flowers are in cluster form and highly attractive. Lantanas flower comes in many colors and is mostly found in red-orange-white colors. I took these flower pictures when I was trekking in the mountains in my village. I live in the city and I go to the village at least once a year. Lantanas plant has rough textured leaves and in dark green color. It has spiky steams.

Flowers are attractive and found in cluster form. Lantanas plant spreads faster and easily grown. This plant is mostly found everywhere. These flowers are beautiful and attractive, hence we can see these plant in some garden area as well.

Does Lantanas Plant is Toxic?
Yes, Lantanas plant is considered as toxic. Specially its leaves and fruits are toxic. Excessive ingestion of fruits and leaves can cause health issue. So, its better to avoid planting this plant near home. Keep children's and your pets away from this plant. Stay safe and healthy. It might have some medicinal use. We should take precautions while dealing with this plant.

Prickly Poppy flowers has bright yellow colors and with thin petals. These flowers looks elegant. This plant has prickly leaves. Prickly Poppy flower is also Toxic and it has medicinal use case too. I took these pictures in close range and edited little with Literoom photo editing app.
