EARLY SEASON MILKY WAY
A few more photos from my trip to the dunes
I finally found some more time to edit a couple more milky way photos.
This first one is blended and stacked photo using Starry Landscape Stacker. 10 photos for the sky and one for the foreground lit with an LED. I love the sparkle of the sand that the light causes.
This second image is just a stacked photo with the foreground being very faintly lit from light pollution from Salt Lake City/Provo.
Which do you like better? A nicely lit foreground or naturally lit foreground?

Amazing shot Casey. I really like the sand sparkling too.
Love the first shot Casey! I’ve got starry landscape stacked but will have to work out how to use it for my images this year!
Hell yeah! The first time seeing the milkyway in the northern hemisphere is always an exciting moment.
