Celebrando el primer añito de mi Sobrina[ESP-ENG]

Celebrar el cumpleaños de mi querida sobrina ha sido un gran reto; hace un mes decidimos hacerle un pequeño brindes por su primer año pero debido a la situación país se complicó todo; pensamos que era mejor no hacerle nada y solo cantarle cumpleaños.

Celebrating my dear niece's birthday has been a great challenge; a month ago we decided to make her a little toast for her first birthday but due to the country situation everything got complicated; we thought it was better not to do anything and just sing her birthday.

Cuando se acercaron los días mi hermana estaba triste ya que no se le iba a celebrar el cumpleaños a su hija, al verla le propuse que buscara materiales de reciclajes para comer hacerle algunas cosas; la familia al ver que estaba entusiasmada decidieron colaborarle con algunas cosas, una prima le dije que le iba a regalar la torta la cual era un gran gasto, los globos se lo donaron varias personas que se pusieron de acuerdo para que fuera el mismo color, algunos postres fueron regalados por unas tías y pasa palos hechos en casa con lo que teníamos.

When the days approached my sister was sad because she was not going to celebrate her daughter's birthday, when I saw her I proposed her to look for recycling materials to make her some things; the family seeing that she was enthusiastic decided to collaborate with some things, a cousin told her that she was going to give her the cake which was a big expense, the balloons were donated by several people who agreed to be the same color, some desserts were given by some aunts and some homemade raisins sticks made with what we had.

La verdad es que estamos muy contenta porque llego el día del cumpleaños de mi sobrina y lo que pensamos que no iba a hacer paso con la ayuda de toda la familia, mi sobrina disfruto su fiesta, la vimos feliz, corriendo por toda la casa a pesar de la situación que vivamos en Venezuela no debemos pasar por altos estos momentos de felicidad que no volverán, hay que disfrutar el día a día y dar las gracias por todo.

The truth is that we are very happy because the day of my niece's birthday came and what we thought was not going to happen happened with the help of the whole family, my niece enjoyed her party, we saw her happy, running around the house despite the situation we live in Venezuela we should not overlook these moments of happiness that will not return, we must enjoy the day to day and give thanks for everything.

Por último quiero decirte que la vida te pondrá a prueba pero somos responsables de salir o no adelante; sé que muchas familias hacen lo posible por ver a sus hijos felices y no hay mejor medicina que su felicidad hacemos todo por nuestros pequeños.

Finally I want to tell you that life will test you but we are responsible for getting ahead or not; I know that many families do their best to see their children happy and there is no better medicine than their happiness we do everything for our little ones.
