Reseña de Juego: Rent Please! Landlord Sim ¿Inquilinos quisquillosos? [ENG/ESP]
Hello to everyone in the Geek Zone community! Today I join the community to bring you a new review about games for mobile devices. This time I bring you "Rent Please! Landlord Sim", a life simulation game in the best Tycoon style. I must say that I've been playing for about four days now because for anyone who knows the dynamics of this kind of games, you will know that it takes some time to be able to obtain certain growth. Something to show around here. So after that time, I have a few things to say about it so let's get started!
"Rent Please! Landlord Sim" is a game developed by ShimmerGames, in the Tycoon genre. The story of the game starts with an introduction where we are the children of a man who owns large real estate properties and wants us to inherit all of it in order to put it to work. At first we don't agree (as a matter of pride, it seems), but then we do, arriving at our first property in the coastal area. So the concept of the game is quite simple; manage the properties (community buildings, commercial premises and recreational areas), make improvements (upgrading the quality of the buildings, premises and other aspects), find tenants and generally bring prosperity to the community we own.
¡Hola a todos en la comunidad de Geek Zone! El día de hoy me uno a la comunidad para traer una nueva reseña sobre juegos para dispositivos móviles. En esta oportunidad traigo a "Rent Please! Landlord Sim", un juego de simulación de vida al mejor estilo de los Tycoon. Debo decir que llevo unos cuatro días jugando porque para todo aquel que conoce la dinámica de este tipo de juegos, sabrán que lleva cierto tiempo poder obtener ciertos crecimiento. Algo que mostrar por aquí. Así que luego de ese tiempo, tengo algunas cosas que decir al respecto así que ¡comencemos!
"Rent Please! Landlord Sim" es un juego desarrollado por ShimmerGames, del género de los Tycoon. La historia del juego comienza con una introducción dónde nosotros siendo los hijos de un hombre poseedor de grandes propiedades inmobiliarias, desea que heredemos todo ello para poder ponerlo a trabajar. Al principio no accedemos (por una cuestión de orgullo, tal parece), pero luego lo hacemos, llegando así a nuestra primera propiedad en la zona costera. Por lo que el concepto del juego es bastante sencillo; manejar las propiedades (edificios comunitarios, locales comerciales y zonas de recreación), realizar mejoras (subir la calidad de los edificios, locales y otros aspectos), buscar inquilinos y traer en general, prosperidad a la comunidad que tenemos.
On the main page we can access the community building blocks: #1 and #2. Each of these blocks has 8 rooms. This is where all our tenants will live, which, by the way, come in all types: Bums, Exploited Workers, Ninis, Models and Normal Workers. Depending on the type of tenant, we will receive a certain amount of rent payment. For example, tenants of the Lazy type, usually do not pay enough because they do not have a job, but one advantage is that they do not have high demands either. Models and Ninis, on the other hand, do pay much better and require certain amenities within the community: exercise area, laundry and food facilities. Ultimately, it all depends on what you want.
Other aspects to consider are time and money. There are two types of ways to pay for leveling up, adding new owners and upgrading buildings: Banknotes and Diamonds. The first is the one that is commonly used and with which the owners will pay you, so you can do great things with it. With Diamonds, on the other hand, you will be able to mobilise on mechanical aspects: speed in the best, get growth buffs and some bonus prizes. So it's important to own both so that time is reduced and upgrades are possible through payouts. If this goes well, you will also notice that the happiness/welfare percentage of the tenants will go into the positive, being that at the end of the game they will have a higher percentage of happiness/wellbeing.
En la página principal podremos acceder a los bloques de edificios comunitarios: El #1 y el #2. Cada uno de estos bloques contando con 8 habitaciones. Allí es donde vivirán todos nuestros inquilinos, los cuales por cierto, los hay de todo tipo: Vagos, Trabajadores Explotados, Ninis, Modelos y Trabajadores Normales. Dependiendo del tipo de inquilino, recibiremos cierta cantidad de pago por el alquiler. Por ejemplo, los inquilinos del tipo Vago, no suelen pagar lo suficiente porque no tienen trabajo, pero una ventaja es que tampoco tienen grandes exigencias. En cambio, las tipo Modelos y Ninis, sí que pagan mucho mejor y piden ciertas comodidades dentro de la comunidad: Zona de Ejercicio,Lavandería y Local de Comida. Finalmente, todo dependerá de lo que tú quieras.
Otros aspectos a tomar en cuenta es el tiempo y el dinero. Existe dos tipos de formas de solventar la subida de niveles, añadir nuevos propietarios y mejorar edificios: Billetes y Diamantes. El primero es el que se maneja comúnmente y con el que los propietarios te pagarán, así que con él podrás hacer grandes cosas. En cambio con los Diamantes, podrás movilizar en aspectos de mecánica: velocidad en las mejores, obtener buff de crecimiento y alguno bonus en premios. Por lo que es importante poseer ambos para que el tiempo se reduzca y las mejoras sean posibles a través de los pagos. Sí esto va bien, también notarás que el porcentaje de felicidad/bienestar de los inquilinos pasará a estar en positivo, siendo que a partir de un 50% recibirás una bonificación.
Finally, this is the kind of game where you can hang out, relax watching the tenants go about their daily lives or focus on making it grow quite a bit. Every now and then there are events where you can participate with other users, so it's interesting. I liked it because it also has a nice look, nice background sounds and in general, it has a good behaviour: it's not a heavy game, it runs easily and it's easy to understand. Finalmente, este es el tipo de juegos dónde podrás pasar el rato, relajarte viendo cómo los inquilinos hacen su día a día o enfocarte en hacer que crezca bastante. Cada cierto tiempo hay eventos dónde podrás participar con otros usuarios, por lo que es interesante. Me ha gustado porque también tiene un aspecto muy bonito, sonidos de fondo agradables y en general, tiene un buen comportamiento: no es un juego pesado, corre con facilidad y es facil de entender. Hola, justo hoy me salió de publicidad en un juego que estaba jugando y me llamó la atención. Se ve bueno, aunque solo me permito unos pocos juegos a la vez para no saturar mi celular, quizá lo pruebe más adelante. Saludos!
Sí, a mí también me apareció su publicidad y no pude evitarlo 😅 por los momentos me ha parecido entretenido, agradable y liviano. Quizá conforme pase el tiempo me haga descargar más cosas y se llene mi memoria, por lo que sí, los teléfonos pueden llegar a estallar. Yo voy probando y cuando me canso, los elimino y busco nuevos.
