I was actually waiting for the last question because I guess that there was going to be the last question after the admin's last post and today luckily I decided to go through the ecotrain community blog to be sure I wasn't missing anything when I came in contact with the last question that says;

first of all, I will be stating by saying nobody was born with fear, I mean even scripture in the book of (2 Timothy 1:7) says; "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind”

So, it automatically means that God created us with boldness, confidence, love, self-esteem, and the rest of the positive attributes just so we would not let fear take control of us but human, circumstances, nature, illness, society pressures, the media, friends, the family has bred fear into us that it has become part and parcel of us.

And the truth is, as the day's tick, more fear is instilled into us by the day-to-day occurrences and the personality or characters of people that we all have become more fearful than we used to be.

Types of Fear that I know are

• Fear of failure,
• Fear of criticism.
• Fear of failure
• Fear of mistakes
• Fear of disappointments,
• Fear of the unknown
• Fear of what people think or will say
• Fear of being mocked or laughed at
• Fear of being the last

One outstanding fear I am sure of and even I have is what I call Fear of the unknown or fear of the future.*

In this case, we don't know and can not tell what is the reason for these fear and this fear instilled in us is stopping us from taking vital actions that concerns our life most especially when the media and world and displayed to us the negative happening when it comes to that subject matter. I most times call or see these fear of the unknown as fear of the future and this fear comes as a result of one who is trying not to make mistakes.

Of all the fear listed above, fear of the unknown which we can refer to as fear of the future is one of the outstanding most especially in one's marital life and an example of such fear is due to the rate of divorce and most especially abuse in homes or between husbands and wives, many of the youth are very much afraid of marriage even when they are not even up to the age.

They fear what they do not see but imagine as a result of the occurrence of such events around them or in the media. Fear has gripped them that they wish if possible they could skip not getting married in their life.

Fear of the unknown grips people of their happiness rendering them useless because they are always afraid of making choices so they don't make the wrong choices that will later affect them negatively. They never see the positive side of anything as long as it would be a lifetime involvement.

Fear of the unknown is one of the things we fear and we fear these things not because we've had the first experience of it but because of what people told us, what the media is saying, what we've seen with our eyes and heard and what we perceive which most times may never be true but because we are gripped with fear, we absorb everything we see and hear without giving ourselves a chance to see the real part of it.

Notwithstanding, life is full of its ups and downs but fear of the unknown should not stop us from enjoying life to its fullest.

I know how these fear can be so deadly because I am a victim. We tend to leave in my past and present and are always afraid of moving into our future because we have unanswered questions roaming in our hearts.

Questions like, what does the future hold for me, what will I look like when I am 30, how will marriage be like for me, Will I end up marrying a husband that will make marriage a living hell, I don't want to make mistakes and so many more questions in our heart that we find it difficult to answer because of our fear for the future.

This set of people needs help because they can never move forward or take a bold step without worrying about the negative effect first.
