Natural sciences and mathematics of life as an integrating source of knowledge (Educational systematization)
The science that emerges from the elements that we find in nature is the way in which we apply the methodological criteria to take from nature the elements that inspire us to teach with awareness about the importance of being able to link the elements of nature with the existing capacity that mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology have intrinsically, to be able to explain with arguments existential phenomena that exist in our world and that impact our lives.
Reason why we could understand that the natural sciences are essential pieces to expand the integrative knowledge in which teachers and students are integrated in order to relate the pre-existing concepts with the contact with nature in which you can overflow the characteristics of a researcher, scientist adapted to the needs of contemporary man.
We all do science without realizing it, which is why we must open the doors to the future, this means that the teacher must seek pedagogical strategies based on respect, love, ethics and that these are indispensable since science is a human and transforming act.
The teacher must also teach students to perceive the environment with the inclusion of the natural resources that surround them and in this way a sense of sensitivity can be developed at the moment of understanding the most important aspects of nature.
Teachers who impart knowledge in the area of natural sciences must facilitate the understanding of scientific concepts, principles, and theoretical foundations of natural sciences so that students are able to understand the natural phenomena of the environment that directly affect their daily lives.
On the other hand, the planning that teachers must do for Natural Science classes is of vital importance, since this helps teachers to establish a clear and organized structure for their teaching, as well as allows them to prepare the necessary materials and resources in advance and ensures that the class follows a logical sequence.
In relation to teaching mathematics on the basis of mathematics for life, it is necessary to teach mathematics that generates learning inspired by the bases of our living environment.
It is important that mathematical knowledge has a usefulness in society, that mathematics is learned from a social perspective and to respond to society.
The teaching of mathematics cannot be governed only in mathematical concepts where the culture of the people is ignored, it is necessary to take in essence the culture and national identity, that geometry can exemplify art, painting, where algebra inspires to develop equations whose unknowns are variables of elements of our environment, in conclusion, the teaching of mathematics for the learning of our young people must be transformative and that can break with the schematism of the teaching of a rigid mathematics and that can evolve towards a process of teaching-learning of mathematics to understand the social features of the people lacking the solutions that can offer a mathematics for life.
Mathematics is fundamental for the intellectual development of children; it helps them to be logical, to reason in an orderly fashion and to have a mind prepared for thought, criticism and abstraction.
Mathematics shapes attitudes and values in students that in turn can guarantee solidity in their fundamentals, security in procedures and confidence in the results obtained.
All this creates in children a conscious and favorable disposition to undertake actions that lead to the solution of the problems they face in everyday life.
In turn, mathematics contributes to the formation of values in children, determining their attitudes and behavior.
The knowledge in mathematics provides us with a guiding pattern for our lives, so that we can easily obtain a lifestyle that can face the reality of life within a logical and coherent context, where the search for accuracy in the results is thanks to the knowledge that mathematics can provide us with an applied conscience in our daily lives.
