Talking about happiness in the life of any person is a complex and subjective subject, since happiness is a state of mind that depends on many factors, there are even some opinions that doubt its existence, the existence of happiness will of course depend on the way we define happiness and the positions we have towards it.

Being aware that happiness is a state of mind, we must know then that we can analyze happiness under a context in which it is worth asking ourselves the following questions:

Is happiness a permanent state of mind?

Simply to answer this question, we must base ourselves on our life experiences, it is difficult not to say impossible that we can achieve a state of permanent happiness, we all know that for some reason or another we live moments of joy and others of sadness, which makes our happiness is not constant.

Life to be life has to be full of ups and downs, there will be days when we have to overcome challenges, other days we have to change our life routine, so in order to overcome these changes, we must also feel emotional changes that make happiness is not full, but that may not mean that it does not exist, but that we live it partially.

The idea that there is a full happiness, I think it can exist but under a context of utopia of life.

Can we feel happiness in moments and diverse experiences?

Leaving aside the utopia that can mean a permanent happiness in our lives, we must analyze happiness under a real context, for this it is important to see happiness as that state of mind that we can live in a collection of moments and life experiences, so there will be times when we can live and express our joy, and there will be other times when we will have to go through ups and downs.

My life experience has helped me to prove that perhaps the moments in which we can have the greatest times of happiness, is when we are sharing with our loved ones, when we do what we like, and above all when we are grateful to life for everything we have no matter if it is much or little.

Conclusion

From the moment we decide to understand happiness as something that does not exist within the ranks of absolutism and permanence, it is then when we leave the path of illusion and utopianism, and thus give way to want to live a real happiness, where there are moments, life experiences where there may be moments of happiness.

The key to all this is to be able to adopt a realistic view of happiness and thus be able to cultivate habits that promote moments of joy and have the satisfaction that life gives us what we are honestly looking for, among which is happiness.

Under the perspective of being happy, it is important that we see happiness not as a final destination, but rather as that state of mind that can provide us with great experiences and experiences that we seek to live in our lives.
