Hoy les quiero compartir un poco de mi entrenamiento interrumpido⏸️ por las fuertes lluvias tropicales🚲🌧️🌴 típicas de los meses de Julio y agosto📆 en Venezuela🇻🇪, pero que seguí al día siguiente con la ayuda de mi novia.

Les comparto un poco de esta aventura y algunos consejos💭 para entrenar en estas temporadas y no morir en el intento😅, espero lo disfruten.🫂

Today I want to share a little of my training interrupted⏸️ by the heavy tropical🚲🌧️🌴 rains typical of the months of July and August📆 in Venezuela🇻🇪, but that I followed the next day with the help of my girlfriend.

I share a little of this adventure and some tips💭 to train in these seasons and not die trying😅, I hope you enjoy it🫂.

Este entrenamiento comenzó el 25📆 de julio sin saber que terminaría el 26⛅... Ese día de comienzo estaba preparada para la noche porque me lleve mis luces🔦

This training started on July 25th📆 without knowing that it would end on July 26th⛅... That day of the beginning I was prepared for the night because I took my lights🔦

Y también estaba preparada para la lluvia👀 porque tenía mi bolsa sellada al vacío para mi teléfono📲 y mi impermeable☂️.

Así que espere a que escapara un poco para salir🚴🏻‍♀️

And I was also prepared for the rain👀 because I had my vacuum-sealed bag for my phone📲 and my raincoat☂️.

So wait for him to escape a bit to get out🚴🏻‍♀️

Porque tenía muchísimas ganas de entrenar💪 ese día y pensé que ya no seguiría lloviendo😅.

Así que me puse en marcha🔥

Because I really wanted to train💪 that day and I thought it wouldn't😅 rain anymore.

So I got going🔥

En el camino me encontré con más apasionados del ciclismo🚲🤝.

Todo iba bien hasta que empezó a llover fuertemente🌧️ a medio camino🛣️ así que se me ocurrió hacer una parada en un lugar seguro🏠

Along the way I met more cycling enthusiasts🚲🤝.

Everything was going well until it started raining heavily🌧️ halfway🛣️ through so it occurred to me to make a stop in a safe🏠 place

Específicamente en la casa de mi linda novia @nosoy.anne❣️ quién me recibió con una toalla🥺, lista para cuidarme de la tormenta🫂.

Esa noche me dormí satisfecha y feliz porque al menos hice lo que quise y termino bien (así como debería ser la vida🔍)

Specifically at the home of my cute girlfriend @nosoy.anne❣️ who greeted me with a towel🥺, ready to take care of me from the storm🫂.

That night I fell asleep satisfied and happy because at least I did what I wanted and ended well (as life🔍 should be)

Al día siguiente le deje a Anna uno de mis impermeables👕 para que ella también pueda cuidarse de la lluvia en su camino al trabajo💼.

Y seguí con mi camino✅

The next day I left Anna one of my raincoats 👕 so she too can take care of the rain on her way to work💼.

And I went on my way✅

Con un ritmo tranquilo escuchando música sin audifonos🎧⚠️.

Y pronto llegue a mi casa🏡⛰️

With a quiet rhythm listening to music without headphones🎧⚠️.

And soon I'll get to my house 🏡⛰️

Aunque no fueron 100 kilómetros me sentí feliz con el trayecto😊, porque no siempre tiene que ser un recorrido gigante para uno sentirse orgulloso del entrenamiento💪🚲.

Although it was not 100 kilometers I was happy with the journey😊, because it does not always have to be a giant route for one to feel proud of the training💪🚲.

No todo es competir, también es disfrutar y pasarla bien💯, disfrutar los pequeños logros y detalles que ofrece la ruta y la vida en general.

Muchas gracias por llegar hasta aquí, un consejo que les puedo dejar para las lluvias es llevar impermeables☂️, luces que los hagan visibles👁️‍🗨️, hacer paradas mientras baja la intensidad y secar la bici y engrasarla⚙️ después del entrenamiento✅.

Not everything is competing, it is also enjoying and having fun💯, enjoying the small achievements and details offered by the route and life in general.

Thank you very much for getting here, a tip that I can leave for the rains is to bring raincoats☂️, lights that make them visible👁️‍🗨️, make stops while the intensity drops and dry the bike and grease it⚙️ after training✅.
