Hola a todos mis queridos lectores de Hive❤️, en especial a mi comunidad de Fulldeportes.
En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes mi entrenamiento de ayer📆 en el que hice una rutina bastante completa💯 para los músculos💪 del tren superior la cual la realice en compañía de mi amigo Freddy🤝, todo esto fue en casa🏡 con algunas pesas que yo tengo y una cuerda improvisada🔍.

This time I want to share with you my training yesterday📆 in which I did a fairly complete routine 💯 for the muscles💪 of the upper body which I did in the company of my friend Freddy🤝, all this was at home🏡 with some weights that I have and an improvised🔍 rope.

To warm up my cute girlfriend @nosoy.anne💕 gave me a rope that I had made some time🎁 ago
Y me encantó mucho porque era precisa con mi tamaño, de cuerda hice 3 min seguidos🕒.
And I loved it a lot because it was precise with my size, rope I did 3 min in🕒 a row.
And then we start assembling the weights🏋🏻♀️
Aunque teníamos algunos invitados inesperados🐾...
Although we had some unexpected🐾 guests...
The first☝️ thing we did was biceps with barbell
De este ejercicio realicé 10 repeticiones por 4 series con un peso de 15 kilos en total con la barra🔝.
From this exercise I performed 10 repetitions for 4 sets with a weight of 15 kilos in total with the bar🔝.
Then we do 10x4💪 push-ups but we don't take pictures of that exercise because we😅 forgot it.
Seguido de eso fue press militar🪖 con Barra para hombros 10x4 igual🏋🏻♀️.
Followed by that was military🪖 press with Bar for shoulders 10x4 equal🏋🏻♀️.
Triceps was our 4th muscle👀
El cual ejercitamos con Copa🍷 de 10x4 con una mancuerna de 10 kilos.
Which we exercise with Cup🍷 of 10 repetitions for four sets with a dumbbell of 10 kilos.
Almost to the last we started back
Con remo con mancuerna con 16 kilos😱, para este hice 6 repeticiones por 4 series.
With rowing with dumbbell with 16 kilos, for this I did 6 repetitions for 4 sets😱.
And finally I made 1-minute🔥⏳ combination plates
Hice tres planchas y 2 minutos🕒 de cuerda para cerrar💯.
I made three plates and 2 minutes🕒 of rope to close💯.
