En esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes un entrenamiento que realicé con mi linda novia @nosoy.anne💕 por allá por el 26 de agosto🔙📆 que puede considerarse algo pequeño pero para nosotras siempre es algo grande hacer actividad física juntas🔥... Porque pensamos igual en que las parejas que duran más tiempo🕑 es porque entrenan juntos o quizá no👀, pero igual lo adoramos💯.

Siempre es bueno tener algo en común sobre todo algo que fortalezca la relación como los deportes por ejemplo🚴🏻‍♀️❣️.

Hello to all my dear Hive❤️ readers, especially my Fulldeportes community.

On this occasion I want to share with you a workout I did with my beautiful girlfriend @nosoy.anne💕 back on August🔙📆 26 that can be considered something small but for us it is always something big to do physical activity together🔥 ... Because we think the same as couples who last longer🕑 is because they train together or maybe not👀, but we still adore💯 it.

It is always good to have something in common especially something that strengthens the relationship such as sports for example🚴🏻‍♀️❣️.

Verán esa tarde noche de agosto yo fui a buscar a Annita de su trabajo💼 ya que ese día quería escoltar a casa🏠, pero surgieron planes inesperados...

Como por ejemplo hacer un cambio de bicicletas🔄 para ir a tomar unos cocos al Señor Coco🛣️.

Y ella también quiso así que nos pusimos en marcha, colocando las luces previamente🔦 (para hacer conscientes a los conductores de nuestra existencia🚴🏻‍♀️✅)

Pero aún así era un poco arriesgado pues a esa hora 6-7pm⌚ las personas están desesperadas por llegar a sus hogares quizá👀 porque van a gran velocidad y e incluso a veces no tienen a sensatez👎 de alejarse el respectivo metro cincuenta de distancia de los ciclistas en la vía🚲...

Aún así después de pedalear y caminar👣 algunos tramos con mi ciclista en proceso🔥

Llegamos a nuestro lugar de destino, donde nos esperaban unos cocos gratuitos🆓 solo por ser deportistas💪.

Ya que en el negocio Señor Coco🥥 del círculo militar📍 fomentan el deporte con esto desde las 5pm hasta las 8pm cada día🌥️

We arrived at our destination, where some free coconuts were waiting for us just for being athletes🆓💪.

Since in the Señor Coco🥥 business of the military📍 circle they promote the sport with this from 5pm to 8pm every day🌥️

Para nosotras esta aventura fue divertida y también nos ayudo a reflexionar💭 sobre la necesidad de ciclovias de la ciudad🏙️.

Ya que con ellas se evitarían millones de accidentes que pasan a diario🤕⚠️

For us this adventure was fun and also helped us reflect💭 on the need for bike paths in the city🏙️.
