En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes mi entrenamiento de ayer donde luego de 4 días⏳ sin hacer actividad física mejore mis tiempos🚴♀️💯⏱️, nada más con el entrenamiento de la semana anterior y mi otra bicicleta montañera🚲⛰️ y con la ayuda de mis trabas👟 (zapatos que se enganchan en la bicicleta) las cuales use por primera vez ayer, les comparto un poco de mi experiencia y mis conocimientos adquiridos en este maravilloso deporte🦵🔥.

Yesterday I wasn't really going to train because I was so busy with college📚 but it motivated me to finish those matters to get out for a while🚲;
Ya que tenía desde el 2 de abril sin salir, luego de la competencia de la vía de Choroni. Así que me vestí y me puse mis zapatos de trava por primera vez para ver que tal me iba con ellos👀.

Before I started my training I went to a friend's bike shop because my bike was low on air💨;

Yo siempre pienso que la parte psicológica es muy importante en cualquier disciplina y procuro siempre ser mi mayor motivadora📢📈 para así tener mejores resultados, porque no cuando uno se cansa tiene que aprender a descansar no a rendirse💪.
I always think that the psychological part is very important in any discipline and I always try to be my greatest motivator📢📈 in order to have better results, because not when you get tired you have to learn to rest not to give up💪.
The week before I was doing some workouts via the mountain with my other iron🚴♀️🏋️♀️ mountain bike that is much heavier and has harder gear ratios for the climb⛰️, but that gave me a lot more strength in the planes and climbs with my road🚲 bike;
De eso me di cuenta cuando llegue a la redoma del toro📍 y también que los zapatos me ayuda aún más, porque ayudan halar en los pedales.

Y esto lo pude observar y medir con la aplicación Strava📲, pues cuando llegue a mi casa me sorprendí a mi misma porque mi velocidad promedio fue de 27,5 kilómetros por hora (cuando la acostumbrada es de 22 o 24🏎️🕑)
And I could observe and measure this with the Strava📲 application, because when I arrived at my house I was surprised by myself because my average speed was 27.5 kilometers per hour (when the usual one is 22 or 24🏎️🕑)
I also took several trophies🥇🥈🥉;
Pues la aplicación te compara con las personas que han realizado esa ruta y te pone en una tabla de los 10 mejores🔝📲.
Well, the application compares you with the people who have made that route and puts you on a table of the 10 best🔝📲.
As well as it tells you the segments in which you have won the achievement and your speed in efforts🗺️🔍;
Y esto es súper genial porque te motiva a mejorar📈.
And this is super cool because it motivates you to improve📈.
And especially if you are a competitive person like me😅🤭;
Me gustó mucho este recorrido y lo que me lleve de él fue que entrenar con otra bicicleta como una montañera en subidas te da mucha más fuerza🦵🔥⛰️ cuando vas en una de ruta, así como también tener zapatos de traba👟🚲, pero lo más importante es motivarse a uno mismo para mejorar día con día📆.
I really liked this route and what took me away from it was that training with another bike like a mountaineer on climbs gives you much more strength🦵🔥⛰️ when you go on a route, as well as having locking👟🚲 shoes, but the most important thing is to motivate yourself to improve day by day📆.

Because progress is constant and is a result of discipline, cycling is like any other discipline in which you start at your lowest until you reach the maximum if you set your mind to it.
