💖💕 INITIATIVE #172. HOW DO I TRULY SHOW HIM I CARE? 💖💕
Hello Ladies of Hive, welcome to my post. I had a long time without participating in the community but today, I´m back and glad to write this article to participate in this initiative #172.
My husband and I have been together for many years, we had a long courtship of 9 years and we got married when I was 24 and he was 26. We have been married for 22 years. Despite being very young when we started, I think dating was definitely the key to making this relationship last.
I have seen cases in which long courtships lead to a short marriage but that is not our case.
Obviously it is impossible for us to be a perfect marriage, that we have not had strong disagreements and difficult moments, but most of the time we have tried to ensure that communication prevails, to overcome misunderstandings and that bad moments do not affect us more than necessary.

Once married we assume that it is important to demonstrate care, service to each other and unconditional support in each other's situations and in those shared. As a wife I try to treat him the way I like to be treated and, by doing so, I show him that I care how he is, how he feels, what he likes and what he wants.
We don't make a big fanfare for Valentine's Day, but yes, we try to have a gesture, a detail, we create moments. With the arrival of our children it has been different but it has not stopped being. In fact, now we share our occasion with them, because they are an essential part of our life, they are the fruit of our love, of our friendship, now they are our accomplices.
In fact, yesterday we went for fast food at a simple place, we opted for junk food, we laughed, we remembered, we created a happy moment. And that fills us, it's what matters to us, we are together and we are well.
As a couple we frequently write passionate messages, simple details like a snack we like, an affectionate phrase. We are not waiting for February 14.
My daughter, on the other hand, in her teens, is beginning to have her own experiences in this regard. It is another age, a time where the world seems of a different color and the immaturity of expectations plays a role that will lead her to form her character as a woman in this aspect. Yesterday he received a beautiful gift and a marriage proposal. It is up to you to make your decisions and fabricate your own perceptions.
Yes, it is undeniable that it has become a purely commercial date, but definitely a special and different detail just that day pleases and no one denies it or is going to reject it. LOVE IS WORTH IT.
