Day 3 ! Last Day for this Season

Hello splintertalkers ! This is the last day in the current season and I'm expecting to get 5 chest as a reward! Hopefully it's be something that can boost my DEC or some high value cards (to increase "power")

So Currently at Bronze III with 222 Rating and getting around 0.05 DEC per win, as for my daily quest I've got "Sneak squest" which is great as I can be easily put "Kobolt Miner" to my fire comp when I've got 2 mana left.

As for the reward, I've got "Harvester", not worth too much but it's okay (adding 10 "power")

I've got few questions:

Do I get more DEC the higher my Rating is ?
Do I get SPT for posts without upvotes ?
