I'm sharing the pictures from my garden (Again) and this time i came with an Eggplant(plant) and Fruit too. Basically everyone knows this vegetable i guess.
Eggplant or Brinjal comes with different shapes (long, sphere, cylindrical) and colours i have seen only three 1. Violet, 2. Green, 3. White.
I have this in violet colour. Its like a commonly used to eat vegetable in India and commonly found in all over the India.

Brinjals are good to eat but in a limit because when you eat this much its affect with mouth swellings.
There are many dishes too makes with the help of it.

Here is the recipe.

Brinjal's filling and i like this dish very much in this we used to bake this on fire till it becomes brown in colour.
then we chopped veggies like onion, garlic, Ginger, green chillies and some more.
Then we peel of the brown skin of brinjal and mesh it till it becomes smooth.
then we put bowl on gas on low flame and do fries our veggies we chopped till it becomes golden in colour and mix it with some spices like salt, Red chilli powder, bit turmeric powder, Bay leaf and some more like we want taste.
Then we put that mesh of baked brinjal in it mix it well and here it done.
You can try this too at home it would be so tasty and mouthwatering dish.
