Arsenal beat Newcastle to claim 5th position
Arsenal had an impressive performance as they defeated Newcastle 2-0 at the Emirates stadium in the 13 week of the English Premier league 2021-2022 at the Emirates Stadium. Bakayo Saka and Martinelli are the scorer in the game, its so interesting seeing Arsenal in this form and their is high hope for them they could be competing in the European competition in the coming season. Arsenal bad finish in the Premier League cost them their place in the Europa league and they don't even make the top for to qualify for the Uefa Champions league.
It has been six season since Arsenal has made it to the Uefa Champions league and since 2016 they have not been performing well to enter the competition. Arsenal had a bad start this season after they lost their first 3 games in the Premier League, losing against Brentford, Chelsea and Manchester City. After their defeat to Manchester City and there is rumour that Mikel Arteta might be sacked, he immediately up his game and since then Arsenal has been playing so well and they started their winning against Norwich they went 6 game without defeat.
Their recent defeat was last week against Liverpool and they have bounced back this week. Arsenal are back on track and they are Mounting a serious challenge which will really helped them as they are playing lesser game than the other team which gave them an opportunity to make it to the top for even though they are not among the candidates that are predicted to win the English Premier league.
A very different Arsenal to the one we had at the start of the year!
They are really so different, I believed they will perform better than last season.
