Day 2106 | Overeating Sunday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

My focus on Sunday was fully on the Football matches but I also just ate way too much especially bread which I know is not good for me. At this point I gave up on January but aim to have perfect discipline in February cutting out all the bad things working toward feeling healthy and losing the weight I put on recently.

Today Goals: I will mostly try to make Monday into a productivity & bookkeeping day.
