Day 1947 | New Fridge

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

My fridge had been near the end of its life cycle for quite some time now so I got a new one installed yesterday which also was the most eventful thing about the day which says enough. I was quite active on the crypto market filling a new position and there was an exciting football match in the evening on which I actually managed to make some profit on

Today Goals: I have a dating event in the evening even though I by no menas feel like it. I'm not 100% sure that I will attend even though I likely will.

Congrats on the new fridge.

Checking out your food log, is that really all you eat the entire day? Are you working off a one-meal day? Or doing some intermittent fasting?

Come to think of it, it is indeed limited what I eat at the moment which help not to gain weight as I haven't been able to keep it that healthy. It's not a deliberate thing, mostly now in the morning I skip eating which is different during more healthy periods. Also I tend to each quite big portions when I do eat which makes it more than it looks like in text.
