I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Wednesday was a pretty inactive one as I didn't go for a walk let alone start the next Hot Yoga period. The weather also is turning again as it's getting hotter. I moderately ate health with some rice noodles with fresh vegetables in the afternoon but some ice cream in the evening. I did take my suppements which at least is something.

Today Goals: The main goal still is to turn things around and there are some football matches in the evening. I also aim to update my football stats this week.

That's pretty cool to see your progress! And not going hard on all fronts. I am just where you started and struggling to lose. But doing small things to get on track now. It's eating for me. I love to snack on biscuits. Soo bad. I am contemplating baking sugar-free ones to kick the habit. Well done on your progress! It really is inspiring! !LUV

Thanks, it remains an up and down battle but one thing is for sure. Blogging to keep track really helps a ton for me in order to stay on track and at least limit the bad times. Good luck on your own journey!
