Day 1696 | Back To Hot Yoga !



I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

After procrastinating for a long time, I finally managed to get myself starting another month of Hot Yoga joining the morning session on Wednesday and taking up a monthly card. The first class back since long didn't go too well though as I was on the floor even before the warmup ended. Not sure exactly what it was but I had this happen before. I guess being out for so long, combined with the heat I'm not used to especially now with my heater set a lot lower, the late wake-up times and limited eating/drinking in the morning before the class had everything to do with it.

I do aim to join at least 4 classes each week going forward from here on out and build it all up again making it part of my routine. Once this month is over, I will likely do a month in the fitness.

I allowed myself another off day getting some fries in the evening.

Today Goals
Thursday as always is tennis day and I might or might not join the evening yoga session also. I will also make a clear schedule for the coming month and try to be somewhat productive.
