Day 1605 | Rainy Indoor Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I spent most on my Wednesday indoors being productive as it was a rainy day. I didn't quite get to doing intermittent fasting waiting a long time before eating something but I did continue to keep my eating cean even though I'm not really watching my calorie intake. I did go on an afternoon walk as daily activity to the supermarket which is the bare minimum. My skin also has made some great improvements and I'm ready to start joining hot yoga classes again next week and go swimming on Tuesday.

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 12th
I ate the leftovers from my moms cooking yesterday which were some green peas along with 2 bowls of soup, an apple and 200 grams of peanuts. I also managed to drink enough water and take my supplements.

Today Goals
It will be a regular Thursday with European football. I'm actually looking forward to doing a morning run and will continue extending it a bit. I plan on eating a proteine shake, do my work preparing the football matches making a blogpost. Do my daily play2earn activity with Splinterlands, Sorare, Mobile Minigames. In the evening I will watch the football games and make sure I once again go to bed in time.
