I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Another good day o,n Tuesday with everything being back to normal again now that school fully started. I went on a short morning run as my daily work out activity, was productive after and went home to spent some family time the entire afternoon. I ate a bit more than the previous days but kept away from anything processed or unhealthy which is tha main goal that I want to keep up.

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 12th
Pretty big food diary today as In the morning I ate a proteine shake with a banana, in the afteroon I at a bowl of delicious soupe some grapes and melon and nuts, in the evening there was more soup, butter beans, potatoes, & peas along with some more grapes and melon. All this while drinking around 2.5 liter of water.

Today Goals
Wednesday will likely be a slow day as it's raining outside and there is no football in the evening. I aim to make it into an intermittent fasting day not eating until late in the afternoon while drinking a lot. I will do my regular productivity activities and likely play some games while also doing reps as my daily activity. My skin is starting to improve and likely next week I will go back to the hot yoga and also go swimming on Tuesday.
