Day 1602 | Daily Eating Journal

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

It was a good Sunday where I once again went on a short morning run while keeping my eating clean all day also drinkig 3 liter of water in total and taking my supplements. The football action also was nice and profitable so pretty much everything is going according to plan.

As part of my new 365-day Year)Long challenge I will add some kind of food journal to these daily blogs listing what I have eaten each day.

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 11th
I actually spent some time in the kitchen making seed crackers with hummus which was the main thing that I at during the day. Aside from that I also did drink 3 liter of water and ate 3 Apples.

Today Goals
I aim to do all my bookkeeping between the morning and early afternoon, eat what is left of the seed crackers I made and go on a long afternoon walk as my daily activity if the weather allows it. In the evening I will mostly watch tv as always on Monday.
