Day 1500 | Hot Yoga


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I didn't really get much going on Wednesday but I still continued my hot yoga challenge now joining my 22nd class in 29 days with 3 more to go to complete my month. I did lose my overall drive a bit eating healthy and working out more and I feel that now it's a matter of damage control before finding my motivation back. Overall when it comes down to the things I enjoy the most (betting & crypto) not that much is going on and I have a hard time to switch my mindset similar to each year during this period.
