Day 1239 | Daily Reps

Friday was another good day and I think I have found a good way to consistently get some reps in on a daily basis making myself do at least 1 every day over the course of 365 days. This is really easy to complete while it automatically will have me do more keeping up the consistency. I went on a walk to the supermarket to get some healthy food and also again managed to drink 3/ Liter of water. I'm filling up 8 bottles of 0.5 Liter at the start of the day putting them on my desk which keeps me drinking as I am constantly reminded to work y way through nearly all of them. So overall, things are going pretty good.

Daily Reps Challenge

The goal is do reps consistenty on a daily basis to the point where I felt like I have done some without actually being in major discomfort the day after

2x12 Squats
1X12 Bench Press
3x4 Pull-Up
1x12 knee-ups
