Si quieres establecer el hábito de levantarte temprano, programa una actividad que te guste mucho a primera hora del día. Es muy probable que ni siquiera necesites el despertador.
Si te acuestas con tiempo suficiente para descansar (8h promedio) y mantienes el mismo horario, en unas semanas habrás acostumbrado a tu cuerpo.
