I Tawt I Taw Two Birds
Hewo Hoomans and Hivers,
What a purrfect day it is. I saw two birds perched on a house antenna by the roof. They were happy singing, and it caught my attention. I wanted to play with them, but I couldn't reach.
I meowed and meowed, but the birds didn't pay me any attention. They just kept singing and chirping. I jumped up and down, but I still couldn't reach them.
I was starting to get frustrated. I really wanted to play with the birds. I pawed at the window, but it was closed. I tried to climb the wall, but it was too slippery.
Finally, I gave up. I sat down on the ground and watched the birds for a while. They were so happy and carefree. I wished I could be like them.
I closed my eyes and imagined myself flying up to the roof and playing with the birds. We would chase each other around and around. We would sing and dance and have so much fun.
When I opened my eyes, the birds were still there. They were still singing and chirping. I smiled and watched them for a little while longer. Then I got up and went inside.
Maybe one day I'll be able to play with the birds. But for now, I'm content to just watch them and dream.
