El pequeño Noe era un niño de la India, que era muy travieso y gustaba de salir a hacer excursiones al campo abierto, le gustaba interactuar con los animales y no le tenia miedo a nada. A pesar de que sus padres le habían advertido de los peligros que podían existir por aquellos parajes.

Ese día en especial, se fue al río junto a una manada de elefantes que gustaban de retozar después de la larga faena que tenían, junto a sus dueños era su recompensa, después de ayudarles con pesadas cargas para sus labores en el campo. Eran muy apreciados por los aldeanos y por eso gozaban de ciertos privilegios, esa hora del día era especial para ellos.

Noe, gustaba de darles maní que les gustaban mucho y ellos en recompensa lo rociaban con el agua que tomaban con sus trompas; en una de esas, Noe se percató que los elefantes empezaron a meterse de lleno a el agua espantados, cuando el niño fue a ver que les causaba tanto temor, era un pequeño ratón que se había acercado a tomar agua...

Entonces, Noe tomó una varita sonriendo y con esta ahuyento al distraído ratón que al ver la amenaza salió huyendo. Los elefantes al ver la acción de su travieso amigo le brindaron una lluvia de agua fresca. Pasaron los años y ya Noe siendo un joven adolescente, salió al campo a trabajar junto a su padre; estando en esas, Noe se alejó de su padre tratando de rescatar una oveja que se les había escapado.

Cuando entre la espesura del campo, estaba una leona al acecho, esperándole a que estuviera mas en su territorio de caza, Noe distraído no la había visto, pero cerca de ella estaba una manada de elefantes que estaban dándose su acostumbrado baño de tierra; cuando estos vieron el peligro cerca de ese muchacho distraído; había algo en el que les parecía familiar...

Cuando se acercaron lentamente se percataron de quien era esa cara, ¡era su amigo Noe! entonces, todos los elefantes hicieron alrededor de el un circulo, impidiéndole el paso a la hambrienta leona , esta al ver la acción, termino alejándose de aquel grupo de elefantes locos. Noe al ver esta actitud les agradeció dándoles maní que siempre traía en sus bolsillos...

En ese momento, Noe recordó a sus amigos de la infancia aquellos divertidos elefantes del rio, porque luego de comer el maní, lo rociaron con su baño de tierra en agradecimiento, vino a su mente las "duchas" que ellos le daban con el agua del río...Los elefantes al ver que Noe por fin les reconocía, lo recibieron con agrado, recordándole a su joven amigo que a un elefante nada se le olvida..

Years passed and Noe, already a young teenager, went out to the fields to work with his father; being in those, Noah moved away from his father trying to rescue a sheep that had escaped from them.

When in the thick of the field, there was a lioness on the prowl, waiting for him to be more in his hunting territory, Noe, distracted, had not seen her, but near her was a herd of elephants that were taking their usual dirt bath; when they saw the danger near that distracted boy; there was something that seemed familiar to them...

When they slowly got closer they realized who that face was, it was his friend Noe! Then, all the elephants made a circle around him, preventing the hungry lioness from passing, when she saw the action, she ended up moving away from that group of crazy elephants. Noe, seeing this attitude, thanked them by giving them peanuts that he always carried in his pockets...

At that moment, Noe reminded his childhood friends of those funny river elephants, because after eating the peanuts, they sprinkled him with their earthen bath in gratitude, the "showers" they gave him with the water came to his mind. of the river... The elephants, seeing that Noah finally recognized them, welcomed him, reminding his young friend that an elephant forgets nothing...
