Ladies of Hive Community Contest #77- What were your favorite games (or toys) as a child? Tell us about them!Do you still play any of them now?
Hi everyone, I wanted to participate in the loh #77 contest. When I saw these questions in Ladies of Hive, I thought of my childhood and I wanted to write.
What were your favorite games (or toys) as a child? Tell us about them! Do you still play any of them now?

The game you have seen above is dodge ball.
Dodge ball is my favorite game played at an early age in Turkey. To put the game simply, two parallel lines are drawn in the area to be played before starting the game. One of the groups divided into two teams separates itself and settles in both line. The other group settles in the space between the lines. After the game is settled, the students on the line try to hit the students in the middle with the discarded ball. Every player who gets shot gets out of the game.

Another children's game that I enjoy playing hopscotch. In this game, the ground is written in order in square boxes up to ten digits, starting from number one with the help of a chalk. The player must then take turns throwing the stone into the drawn areas. If the stone falls out of the scratched areas or hits the line it's the other player's turn to throw stones. The first person to finish the first shape of the game starts the game from the opposite side this time. From one to ten, from ten to one.
There are very few children in Turkey who know these games at the moment. In Turkey, children now prefer to play at the computer than on the street.
I last played these games last summer when I went to my friend's hometown and I still enjoy playing them.
And then there's my cabbage baby, named ''Purple'' because of the color of her hair. She's the only one who knows my secrets. It's a gift from my grandmother.
