What's up people, how are you? welcome to a new post this afternoon I was doing a little fan art of COASTAL NYMPH, it is the first time I do it of this letter and it looks a lot like river nymp but this one has different hair, as if it were made of water, it is relatively different, but they even get to have some similar clothing.

Que pasa gente, como estan? sean bienvenidos a un nuevo post esta tarde estuve realizando un pequeño fan art de COASTAL NYMPH, es la primera ves que lo hago de esta carta y se parece mucho a river nymp pero esta tiene un cabello diferente, como si fuera de agua, es relativamente diferente, pero incluso llegan a tener algo de ropa similar.

After having the sketch I began to place the base colors of the skin, in this one I had some problems and I had to completely redo the abdomen for a more aesthetic one, at least the one I was doing at the beginning was not turning out as I wanted, it was strange even something deformed, so I had to fix it with the same colors and a more aesthetic shape since it was almost the center of the drawing, it only has clothes on one side.

Despues de tener el boceto comence a colocar los colores base de la piel, en esta tuve algunos problemas y tuve que re hacer por completo el abdomen por uno mas estetico, al menos el que estaba haciendo al principio no estaba quedando como queria, estaba extraño incluso algo deformado, asi que tuve que arreglarlo con los mismos colores y una forma mas estetica ya que era casi el centro del dibujo, solo tiene ropa de un lado.

I wanted to simplify the clothes in a certain way since I wanted to make a play of light and shadow on the canvas, she would be completely covered in shadow and her hair would cover a large part of the background, as if they were waves of water emanating from it, I don't know Yes, I achieved the effect I wanted very well, but it will be something that I try in the future in a different version of this fan art, or with a character that has hair in a similar way.

Quise simplificar la ropa de cierta forma ya que queria hacer un juego de luces y sombras en el lienzo, ella estaria cubierta en sombra por completo y su cabello cubriria gran parte del fondo, como si fueran ondas de agua que emanaban de el, no se si logre muy bien el efecto que queria pero si sera algo que pruebe en un futuro en una version diferente de este fan art, o con un personaje que tenga el cabello de una forma similar.

After finishing the bases of the body, the clothes and the hair, I began to play with the shadows, to look for that scary aspect with the shadows, if you have ever seen Batman, you know that in certain scenes he is covered by shadows but you can see them. her bright and penetrating eyes, in this case the eyes of COASTAL NYMPH represent the moon, if I'm not mistaken when there is a full moon the tide increases considerably, something similar happened with katara as an avatar, when it was a full moon her powers were maximized, that's how I wanted represent this fan art, with the eraser remove some shadows and intensify some highlights, in general it is a pretty simple fan art, but I liked doing it.

Despues de terminar las bases del cuerpo, de la ropa y del cabello comence a jugar con las sombras, para buscar ese aspecto tenebroso con las sombras, si alguna ves han visto batman, sabran que en ciertas escenas el esta cubierto por sombra pero se ven sus ojos brillantes y penetrantes, en este caso los ojos de COASTAL NYMPH representan la luna, si no me equivo cuando hay luna llena la marea aumenta considerablemente, algo similar pasaba con katara de avatar, cuando era luna llena sus poderes estaban maximizados, asi quise representar este fan art, con el borrador quite algunas sombras e intensifique algunos brillos, en general es un fan art bastante simple, pero me gusto hacerlo.
