What's up people, how are you, welcome to a new post, tonight I was finishing a fan art of Lux Vega, I already had about four days or so finishing this fan art, this one is more special than any I've done before, so to speak we made a little challenge together with @oscariart♥, to make a fan art of the same character and publish it the same week and here it is, I leave you with the process.

Que pasa gente, como estan? sean bienvenidos a un nuevo post, esta noche estuve terminando un fan art de Lux Vega, ya tenia unos cuatro días o algo así terminando este fan art, este es mas especial que cualquiera que haya hecho antes, por así decirlo hicimos un pequeño reto en conjunto a @oscariart, para hacer un fan art del mismo personaje y publicarlo la misma semana y aquí esta, los dejo con el proceso.

As always making this kind of sketches is complicated, especially because I'm not used to make perspective, in fact I had to redo the figure a couple of times until I got what I wanted, then I had to clean the whole sketch to place the base colors of the character, the first thing I decided to paint was the skin and hair, I needed these two parts ready to paint comfortably LuX's clothes.

Como siempre realizar este tipo de bocetos es complicado, especialmente porque no estoy acostumbrado a realizar perspectiva, de hecho tuve que re hacer la figura un par de veces hasta que conseguí lo que quería, luego me toco limpiar todo el boceto para poder colocar los colores bases del personaje, lo primero que decidí pintar fue la piel y el cabello, necesitaba estas dos partes listas para poder pintar cómodamente la ropa de LuX.

The different straps that Lux has on his hip I loved, especially how I painted them, they are very striking, I love them, then I started to make the painting of the skirt, the shoulder pads and the clothes that has light, it is certainly something strange, at least in the torso part, in the image that I had for reference of LuX could not properly appreciate the tattoos on the face, I thought it was just a glow on the face, but no, it has some kind of quite interesting symbols that emit blue light, with the cane I had a lot of trouble, it was just impossible for me to do it correctly hahaha, I even took the cane from my grandmother for a moment to see how the hell I could paint it in that kind of view.

Las diferentes correas que Lux tiene en su cadera me encantaron, especialmente como las pinte, son muy llamativas, me encantan, después comencé a realizar el pintado de la falda, las hombreras y la ropa que tiene luz, ciertamente es algo extraña, al menos en la parte del torso, en la imagen que tenia de referencia de LuX no se podían apreciar correctamente los tatuajes en la cara, pensé que solo era un brillo en el rostro, pero no, tiene una especie de símbolos bastante interesantes que emiten luz azul, con el bastón tuve muchos problemas, simplemente se me hacia imposible hacerlo correctamente hahaha, incluso le quite el bastón a mi abuela por un momento para ver como diablos podía pintarlo en ese tipo de vista.

Painting the eyes and arms was one of the most time consuming things, especially the care I took to get a pretty nice and aesthetic finish to the skin, I started placing the letters in perspective as well, with motion effect, getting closer and closer to the camera, in the Lux Vega lore a golden Portal was mentioned, so that's what I did in the background, then I had a hard work of shading and light all over the body and canvas, the background added a pretty strong secondary light, plus the little lights that Lux emanates from her body, honestly I really enjoyed doing this fan art, it was crazy, I feel like it took too long but I gained new knowledge so it was worth it.

Pintar los ojos y los brazos fue una de las cosas que mas tiempo se llevo, especialmente el cuidado que tuve en conseguir un acabado bastante bonito y estético para la piel, empecé a colocar las cartas en perspectiva también, con efecto de movimiento, acercándose cada vez mas a la cámara, en el lore de Lux Vega se mencione un Portal dorado, así que eso fue lo que hice en el fondo, luego tuve un arduo trabajo de sombreado y luz en todo el cuerpo y lienzo, el fondo agregaba una luz secundaria bastante fuerte, mas las pequeñas luces que emana Lux de su cuerpo, honestamente disfrute mucho haciendo este fan art, fue una locura, siento que tarde demasiado pero adquirí nuevos conocimientos así que valió la pena.

I must say that my sweet @oscariart gave me some really good ideas while making my illustration, he even made me see a detail that I had completely missed, again you are an important part of my process♥:3

Debo decir que mi dulce @oscariart me dio unas muy buenas ideas mientras realizaba mi ilustración, incluso me hizo ver un detalle que se me había escapado por completo, nuevamente eres una parte importante de mi proceso♥:3
