I don't. In Canada they limit your daily spending. What right do they have to tell me I can only use my card for so much in a day.

Yes, for example, on a debit card, depending on your bank it could be 1000 or 2000 a day. You can ask for 'tempory' increases.
But say you need to pay a big bill like a funeral expences. You have to get a certifed check. Even our EFT are set to 10K

Is that nationwide? It sounds crazy that everyone needs special permission for higher amounts.

It is.
Nationwide and crazy.
The BIG 5 banks in Canada got us by the balls.
I have started paying my bills with Shakepay. I EFT from my bank to shakepay. Shakepay notifies me that I sent money, notifies me when the receiver has received the money. At least that is a little better.

While I got your attention ;) Any chance of getting a vote for my Witness? @thebbhproject. Easy vote link for you: https://witness.the-hive-mobile.app/#/witnesses/@thebbhproject

Hive runs on Nodes. Called Witness nodes.

These are all the people running nodes: https://peakd.com/witnesses

You get 30 votes for nodes. You support who you think is doing wonderful things for the Hive network.

Hope that made sence.

Hive is delegated proof of stake. A witness is essentially the same thing as a validator node in the Cosmos ecosystem. Not like Masternodes where you can just stake the required amount and run your node, you have to be like a politician of sorts and campaign for votes. Hate to say it, but it's really not a true decentralized system in that way because there are only 20 full time block producers and then 1 of the reserve witnesses (below the 20th position) are rotated for that 21st signature for a block. Most of the top 20 are the old school STEEM cartel guys which are the 'whales' of the chain, and all vote for each other with their massive stakes. To quote the great George Carlin, 'It's a big club, and we aren't in it'.
