I'm still just wrapping my head around AI in general, so I am having a hard time seeing actual use cases that can be applied to crypto currency. I always thought it was more of a gimmick until this past week when the conference I attended covered some aspects of it that are kind of exciting.

Yep, once you start to deep dive into it you start to see how many practical uses cases it has.
