Ukraine's top diplomat visits China, says Russia not ready for 'good faith' talks
""Dmytro Kuleba reiterated Ukraine's consistent position that it is ready to negotiate with the Russian side at a certain stage, when Russia is ready to negotiate in good faith, but stressed that currently there is no such readiness on the Russian side," the ministry said Wednesday.
It cited Kuleba as saying: "I am convinced that a just peace in Ukraine is in China's strategic interests, and China's role as a global force for peace is important"."

I hope that is just the usual diplomatic bullshit & not Kuleba's actual opinion. Then again, acc. to the Chinese handout, he also supposedly said that Ukraine supports China's position regarding Taiwan. If that is true, Kuleba is a moron. But this statement is missing from the Ukrainian handout, so we don't really know.

Nach dem Treffen mit seinem chinesischen Amtskollegen wiederholt Kuleba: Die Ukraine sei bereit, mit Russland zu verhandeln, wenn Moskau dies ernsthaft wolle. Dafür sehe er momentan aber keine Anzeichen."
--- Kuleba hat sich in China teils ziemlich naiv geäußert. Kein gutes Zeichen. Nach chinesischen Angaben hat er auch gesagt, daß die Ukraine China in Hinsicht auf Taiwan unterstützt. Wenn das stimmt, ist Kuleba nicht nur naiv, sondern einfach nur dämlich.

"Der deutsche Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz fordert, dass China keine Rechte mehr als Entwicklungsland im Rahmen der Welthandelsorganisation (WTO) bekommen sollte.
