A Sad Ending for Tess

As a fan of the live action tv series of The Last of Us, I was looking for this moment where we'd have to leave Tess behind but I didn't think it was this soon in the game. As we reached closer to the deal, Tess met her fate faster that I was hoping.

So after the darkness, a beautiful morning came and everything looked beautiful now as I was not feeling any horror now though the clickers and the infected lives in the daylight a well.

All of us were heading towards the capitol building and it looked like they came close to it all by themselves.

But before reaching the spot, we were stuck there and I found that bin that I dragged and made our way to climb up and get to the other side.

There, we came to the other side and there were some wrecked cars along with a police car. I was looking for special weapons around the police car but there was nothing for us there.

We reached close to water and that's when Ellie reminded/confirmed us that she can't swim though the water was not high enough to drown her. We started running through the water and this scene looked so calm and beautiful.

Ellie was trying to tank us saying she's glad that Merlene hired us for this job.

Well, at last we reached the capitol building, Massachusetts State House where we should find the firefly dealer whom we had to deliver Ellie to and then get our paid from Merlene.

Reaching this part of the concept seemed good but trust me, the sad part was still waiting for us.

After getting inside the Capitol Building, we found the firefly guys dead was behaving like a crazy lady seeing them dead and was looking for a map or something to tell them where they were going.

Tess asked Ellie about the whereabouts of the lab but Ellie said Merlene never mentioned it but she said it was someplace out West.

Joel started shouting at Tess and was saying they'd go back home now as they tried and it was not their fault. But Tess said it was her last stop and showed she was bitten by an infected in the Museum.

Then Tess showed the bitten mark of Ellie that was three weeks old and was saying her wound got worse after an hour of getting bitten and she was suggesting Joel to take Ellie to Tommy (the brother of Joel) as he used to run with this crew of Firefly and should know where to go.

Then there came some soldiers to take them down so it was time for them to take the hardest decision.

As far as I remember from the TV series, a horde of clickers somehow understood their presence there where Tess sacrificed herself to give Joel and Ellie a chance to escape the spot but there are soldiers in the game.

Joel and Ellie had to leave Tess there alone to fight the soldiers.
