The Visual Monomad Photographic Challenge My Entry #405 ~ Areca Nut Tree Climbing Competition in the Framework of the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia

Hello my friends..
As usual, on the daily monomad Challenge I want to contribute my entry for the Challenge And this is the entry for the Monomad Challenge this time.

My post this time is still related to Indonesia's Independence Day. Well, in my previous post, I wrote and shared some visuals about the day of the red and white flag ceremony. However, in this post, I am sharing some black and white visuals about the competition after the ceremony.

This competition was held after the ceremony. The name of the competition is climbing a coconut tree by a number of people to take the prize that is hung at the top. The coconut tree is smeared with thick oil, making the coconut tree slippery. Well, to reach the top, a number of residents who participate in this competition must cooperate. As can be seen in the visuals I am sharing.
