The Visual Monomad Photographic Challenge My Entry #103 - Traditional fisherman with his son
Hi Hiver's
Today I am back in the Black and White community. And this is my 103rd post in this amazing community. Well, this time I want to show some of my black and white pictures to all of you especially for members of the Black and white community. The picture I want to show you on this occasion is about traditional fishermen.
At that time, I happened to cross a river where I was. This river is the estuary between the river and the sea. I saw a fisherman and his son pedaling a boat on the river. Yes, the fisherman was fishing with his son.
At that time, the weather was not too hot, because the atmosphere was still early. And I stopped by the river. And immediately took out the camera to take pictures of the fishermen. Because I thought, this is a very interesting object for my camera shot.
In my area, almost 90% of the fishermen still use traditional tools to catch fish in the sea or in the river. Although at this time there have been many sophisticated technological tools that are present today. However, the fishermen in my area still use traditional methods, such as boats, nets, and other things.
These fishermen admit because the tools they use today are still affordable and cheap. In addition, the traditional tools they use do not cause air pollution.
Alright, here are some pictures I want to show you all. Hope you guys like it.
This is my entry for the #monomad challenge contest, hosted and curated by @monochromes.
