Un Lunes diferente cenando en #BuffaloRibs 🥩🍹 [ESP-ENG]

Hello friends, happy day! I hope you are feeling great and have had an amazing start to the week. As for me, Monday started or you could say it ended haha in a different way, it turns out that my mother-in-law's mini vacation at our house came to an end, so today we took the opportunity to invite her to dinner to share with her her her last day and give her a nice farewell.

Believe it or not, something we like to do with Fer and well, when my mother-in-law is visiting is to visit new restaurants, in fact we even have a list of restaurants that we would like to visit later haha. This time, we went to a restaurant that she likes a lot, we had already had the opportunity to visit it before but the idea was to go to the place she wanted; an advantage of going to restaurants on Mondays is that usually they are not so crowded so the service is usually faster.

Upon arrival we were given the option to dine wherever we wanted, the place has a terrace that is practically divided into two parts, first floor divided into two rooms and a second floor, as you read quite large to tell the truth. We chose to dine inside, on the first floor to enjoy the air conditioning. We reviewed the menu and quickly decided our options, as a starter we chose a mini chicharron picada with yucca that although it did not feel so crunchy I can say it tasted very good, this starter was accompanied by suero and hot sauce.

Since it was Monday I really did not want to order anything heavy as fast food, so as a main course my mother-in-law and I ordered a Churrasco that contained a cut of beef, salad with corn, cassava and ripe plantain, the dish was perfect for both of us to share since it had good portions, In terms of taste, the cut of meat was super juicy and cooked to three quarters doneness which I honestly liked a lot, on the other hand, although I am not much of a salad eater at certain times of the night I can tell you that I loved this one, it had a very rich dressing and the fact that it had corn complemented it quite well. As a side dish I ordered a passion fruit juice which is without a doubt my favorite and being prepared as a frappe made it much richer.

The really important thing about this outing is that we were able to share with my mother in law and have a good time with her in a very quiet environment but at the same time with nice music, at the end we paid a total of $130.000 Colombian pesos including tip ($32.53 Dollars) The service was very good and the food was really good, the good thing about Buffalo Ribs is that their menu is quite varied so you can find from burgers to pasta, meats, among other options, so it is certainly a great place to share with friends or family. Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que hayan tenido un increíble comienzo de semana. Por mi parte, el Lunes inició o podría decirse que finalizó jaja de una manera algo diferente, resulta que las mini vacaciones de mi suegra en nuestra casa llegaron a su fin, por lo que el día de hoy aprovechamos de invitarla a cenar para compartir con ella su último día y darle una linda despedida.

Aunque parezca mentira algo que nos gusta hacer junto a Fer y bueno, cuando esta mi suegra de visita es conocer nuevos restaurantes, de hecho hasta tenemos una lista de los restaurantes que nos gustaría visitar más adelante jaja. En esta oportunidad, fuimos a un restaurante que a ella le gusta mucho, ya habíamos tenido la oportunidad de visitarlo antes pero la idea ir al lugar que ella quisiera; una ventaja de ir a restaurantes los días Lunes es que por lo general no se llenan tanto por lo que el servicio suele ser más rápido.

Al llegar nos dieron la opción de cenar donde más quisiéramos y es que el lugar cuenta con terraza que prácticamente se divide en dos partes, primer piso dividido en dos ambientes y un segundo piso, como leen bastante grande a decir verdad. Nosotros escogimos cenar en la parte de adentro, en el primer piso para disfrutar del aire acondicionado. Revisamos el menú y rápidamente decidimos nuestras opciones, como entrada escogimos una mini picada de chicharrón con yuca que aunque no se sentían tan crujientes puedo decir que tenía muy buen sabor, esta entrada vino acompañada de un poco de suero y salsa picante.

Al ser Lunes realmente no me provocaba pedir nada pesado como comida rápida, así que como plato fuerte mi suegra y yo pedimos un Churrasco que contenía un corte de carne de res, ensalada con maíz, yuca y plátano maduro, el platillo estuvo perfecto para compartir las dos ya que traía buenas porciones, de sabor el corte de carne estaba super jugoso y cocinado a punto tres cuartos que sinceramente me gustó bastante, por otra parte aunque no soy mucho de comer ensaladas a ciertas horas de la noche puedo decirles que esta me encantó, tenía un aderezo muy rico y el hecho de tener maíz la complementó bastante bien. Como acompañante me pedí un jugo de Maracuyá que sin duda es mi favorito y al estar preparado tipo frappe lo hizo mucho más rico.

Lo realmente importante de esta salida es que pudimos compartir con mi suegra y pasarla bien junto a ella en un ambiente bastante tranquilo pero a la vez con música agradable, al final pagamos un total de $130.000 pesos Colombianos incluyendo la propina ($32.53 Dólares) La atención fue muy buena y la comida estaba realmente rica, lo bueno de Buffalo Ribs es que su menú es bastante variado por lo que puedes encontrar desde hamburguesas hasta pasta, carnes, entre otras opciones más, así que sin duda es un gran lugar para compartir con amigos o la familia.
