Hello friends, happy day! I hope you are very well and have a great weekend. For my part, I feel quite well, I tell you that in the city of Barranquilla there is a hotel that is quite old but very well known because besides being a hotel founded many years ago where its architecture has never gone out of fashion and provides excellent service, has an Italian restaurant with a family atmosphere where it is said that the taste of their dishes is 100% Italian and from what I've seen and read, they recommend quite a lot. If I remember correctly, the last time I visited this place was in the company of my parents when I was quite small, but well, today after many years was the day to give it a try.

It turns out that today the city was a little disturbed by the Colombia game, but being a weekend we wanted to go out to distract ourselves for a while and eat something delicious, in the end, we decided that we better stay at home to avoid any altercation, however, the idea of eating something delicious would not go unnoticed so looking for an option in Didi Food we found the Pizzeria del Prado, besides, it was with promotions, ie, a personal pizza was for $ 19. 900 Colombian pesos ($4.88 US Dollars) which made us decide to go for it.

To share we ordered two personal pizzas, one was pepperoni and the other chicken and mushroom. The truth is that both options were super tasty, you could feel the base sauce with a very nice flavor, the pepperoni was a little spicy but that's just the way we like it. On the other hand, the chicken and mushroom option combined with a little oregano was the best of the night, we really like this flavor of pizza, something I must point out is that the pizzas were a little burnt on the edge and although there are people who like it this way, personally it was not much to my liking, so although I always eat the edge of the pizza, this time I made an exception.

The pizzas of this place are known as one of the best in the city, it is said that they have improved a lot in terms of taste, the truth is that I could not tell you because as I mentioned before it was a long time ago when I had the opportunity to try them, however, I can tell you that today they are delicious, I would have liked to visit the restaurant since the hotel itself is too beautiful, but well, it will be for another time. Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que tengan un excelente fin de semana. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien, les cuento que en la ciudad de Barranquilla hay un hotel que es bastante antiguo pero muy conocido porque a parte de ser un hotel fundado hace muchísimos años donde su arquitectura nunca ha pasado de moda y que brinda un excelente servicio, cuenta con un restaurante italiano de ambiente familiar donde se dice que el sabor de sus platillos es 100% Italiano y por lo que he visto y leído, recomiendan bastante. Si mal no recuerdo, la última vez que visité este lugar fue en compañía de mis papás cuando estaba bastante pequeña, pero bueno, hoy después de muchos años fue el día de darle una oportunidad.

Resulta que hoy la ciudad se encontraba un poco alterada por el partido de Colombia, pero al ser fin de semana queríamos salir a distraernos un rato y comer algo rico, al final, decidimos que mejor nos quedábamos en casa para evitar cualquier altercado, sin embargo, la idea de comer algo rico no pasaría por alto por lo que buscando alguna opción en Didi Food nos encontramos con la pizzería del prado, a parte, de que estaba con promociones, es decir, una pizza personal estaba por $19.900 pesos Colombianos ($4.88 Dólares) cosa que nos hice decidirnos del todo.

Para compartir pedimos dos pizzas personales, una era de pepperoni y la otra de pollo y champiñones. La verdad es que ambas opciones estaban super ricas, se podía sentir la salsa de base con un sabor bastante agradable, el pepperoni picaba un poco pero justo así nos gusta. Por otra parte, la opción de pollo y champiñones combinada con un poco de orégano fue lo mejor de la noche, este sabor de pizza nos gusta muchísimo, algo que si debo resaltar es que las pizzas estaban un poco quemadas en el borde y aunque hay personas a las que les gusta de esta manera, en lo personal no fue mucho de mi agrado, por lo que aunque soy de comerme siempre el borde de la pizza, esta vez hice la excepción.

Las pizzas de este lugar son conocidas como una de las mejores de la ciudad, se dice que han mejorado mucho en cuanto al sabor, la verdad no sabría decirles ya que como mencioné antes fue hace mucho tiempo cuando tuve la oportunidad de probarlas, sin embargo, si puedo decirles que hoy en día son deliciosas, me hubiese gustado poder visitar el restaurante ya que de por si el hotel es demasiado hermoso, pero bueno, será para otra ocasión.
