Next Hot Crypto Sector
Crypto no longer is simply one token and one sector. Since 2017 roughly it's exploded into many sectors which all have their pros and their cons to them.
Sectors such as Meme coins, AI, DePin, and Gaming there's a new evolution happening right now that many people are not talking about yet. It's one that's often talked about mainly the elites or that people feel they don't have access to but that's further then the truth. You just need to know how and where to access it currently as the adoption of it is only really just getting started.
Yes, today we are going to talk about RWA (Real World Assets) once again but I'm now going to expand on it even further to show how it's currently being implemented and what's coming next. This is real crypto adoption and not price speculation any longer.
BlackRocks RWA
The company spearheading all of this once again in Blackrock. Yep blockrock is going to become an even larger powerhouse and honestly control the world at this point lol In a single week of launching their RWA system they saw a inflow of 250 million dollars worth of assets.
Blackrock is motivated in their focus of building the "tokenization of assets" which is another way of saying real world assets. This means things like stocks, bonds, real estate, homes, gold, silver etc.
At the moment BUIDL which is Blockrocks current RWA fund is only open to people with over 5 million in assets to invest and not the little mom and pop shop like many of us. At least for now...
The idea behind this is to allow people to invest into BUIDL and earn interest on their fund something like a bank account would. However the major draw backs of banks for the moment are the banks are only open at certain times of the day, transactions take days and the banks are only open on some of the days of the week and shut down for weekends and holidays.
Well with this system your funds are ALWAYS available, it's transparent what's happening with your funds and you earn competitive yields and most likely better yields then traditional banks.
This is why you're starting to hear a bit of rumbling from the stock market saying they are looking to open the markets 24/7 now and banks trying to push faster transactions etc. But these systems are slow and are not going to update overnight and instead blackrock is now in the position to do this on the blockchain.
I also believe blackrock will do it. Binance tried to do it by allowing the buying of shares on their blockchain but quickly got slapped down and kicked out for doing so because they didn't go through the proper channels. Personally I knew this was going to be a issue as soon as they did it.
However Blackrock pulls the strings in the world and has those connections to make it happen in the right ways and do so in a fast manner.
Sparks Of New Inflows
As this happens what we are going to have is asset values increasing on chain. This is mainly because these new funds are collecting real interest from real world assets and adding it as interest to these accounts on chain.
Unlike what we see today which are just random Ponzi system systems which have no solid backing and offering far higher APRs then they should.
Possible Blockchains To Spearhead This
Chainlink
Chainlink is a outside data source otherwise known as an oracle. It's used to pull both off blockchain data and on chain data and combine them together. This will be a important factor with large accredited investing that happens with millions of dollars as a way to track those assets. Yes, there's going to be two side of crypto that are going to keep dividing.
You'll have your old school decentralized bunch which most likely wont grow by all that much and then you'll have your fully tracked crypto which is required by law by these large firms.
Ondo
Ondo finance pulls data from outside sources and brings them online. They offer APY rates that are not far fetched so you're seeing your 4%-5% yields here from bonds etc.
Homium
Homium is a newer one I recently stumbled on that's offering real world assets in the real estate market. This system works on Avalanche and will be interesting if it actully takes foot because we have seen this attempted many times in the past.

I totally agree with you on this. I think RWAs are going to be one of the big motivators of this bull cycle. I need to start looking at some other tokens to add to my stack to try and get some wins.
Sooner than later the stock market will be open for trading 24/7. I am not surprised by RWAs as the tokenization of everything is something I first mentioned about in 2018 when I found about actifit.

The advantage BlackRock has is important. They see opportunities, and they are not waiting, nor worried they won't receive the administrative/regulatory approvals. They just act where others hesitate.
